intentionally set out your goals, it gives a higher
performance score than general wish lists.

1. Choice

Ÿ. Goals narrows your decision making.
Ÿ. Goals help you to be more deliberate and
purposeful in your choices.
Ÿ. E.g. if you have a goal to save N10,000 every
month. You sure know that every 1k in your
hand counts, and you begin to think up things
you can forfeit to keep that 1K, at this point it is
easier to move these type of desires better than
when there is no plan.
Ÿ. Goals direct your efforts towards goal relevant activities and away from goal irrelevant
activities e.g. check out the life of someone
who has exams in 2 weeks and one who has
none, their activities will be quite different.

2. Efforts

Ÿ. When you set out goals, it helps you to be more
intentional.

moves towards that.

3.Persistence

So that is the same thing goal setting does to
your goals, it brings about persistence.

change.

5. Commitment

· Goal setting attracts commitment, you can't
meet your goals if you are not committed to the
cause.
· Commitment is affected by internal and
external factors. Internal Factor – Self
satisfaction.
External Factor: Trying to please someone you
look up to, who has set the goal for you.

Let's do some math.

$1= ₦473

15 x 473 = 7,095

That is 7,095 per hour.

Assuming you work 12hours a day that is...

7,095 x 12 = 85,140.

That is 85,140 a day (amazing)

85,140 x 30 days = ₦2,554,200.

So therefore the minimum wage in the US is ₦2,554,200 per month.

Whereas the minimum wage of a worker in Nigeria is just ₦30,000 per month.

And currently I'm earning a measly ₦10k a month with hard labor.

POS is a good business to do, its safe investment and capital requirements depends on your pocket.

Location is key, heavy traffic places is best.

Your handlers: Banks or Opay service must always be available and ensure excellent services

You should be able to start with 200K excluding shop, table, chairs, counter, secure box and PHCN bills among other things.

I have not ventured into it, but had a business plan on it last year, could share if you care.

When running your p.o.s stuff, always think of safety and security first, cos it's a kinda risky job
Always go cashless when going home, make sure your shop is heavily secured when going home, all this things to avoid arm robbery and theft which are the common, great challenges people face in p.os
And lastly always shine your eyes make them no dupe you, give you fake mulla e.t.c (, don't accept transfer especially from someone you don't know) any transaction outside the use of ATM should be null and void

It's great, and it's lucrative, but your location matters a lot, the business has certain times you can cash out big, currently the business isn't moving as it used to do, but during the yuletide and new year season, it was boom. You need up to 250k in your bank account and 250k physical cash, this depends on how you want to start, but to cash out big and attend to all customers, have a total of 500k, the more you work, the more money you'll get.
In a very good location, you will make a minimum of 5k daily, my boss do make up to 30k daily. But as a starter, you will make 5k daily. I base in Akwa Ibom state.
