If they employed federal character in shortlisting successful candidates, why would some states have more number of candidates on the list than others? If they raised the cutoff mark, it should have been wise to communicate all the candidates for the sake of transparency. Am afraid we actually competed with candidates from our various states.

it all depends on the state you are from and how the people from your state performed. From the score you posted, its obvious the the people from your state performed very well, hence, the high cut-off mark. The reason why there are more people from one state than another is because of the quota. Each state has a particular number allocated to it. For instance, Lagos could be 50 while Borno would be 15.
