Grupo: I'm more of a fixed income person, although I started just last two years. I'm too lazy to learn about equities, stock, etc for now.
I think Theconglomerate has a point though. Some guys do what he's proposing. Maybe I should just sell my corolla and buy a Benz to join That Line of business. Hahaha. You can make a lot of more in fixed income by compounding but it usually takes time i.e 10-15yrs. Most people use it as their retirement fund. Goodluck in trying to catch rich women o One day your hustle go blow |

Theconglomerate: I hope you are not investing in fixed income sha, else you won't have anything left to invest when you get to their age.. Fixed Income, Agric tech and a little bit of equity. I hope to invest more in equity as the months go by but I am still trying to understand the dynamics of the stock market. |

Opzyyy: Guys please help. I just got a job few months ago. Growing up, I have always thought about investing. Now, I want to do. One option is shares for now. I have gathered small money, could you suggest which stock i should buy? Stock with a low price below 10 or 20 naira, with promising future growth and high yield of about 12% or more. Thanks. Lemme just dump the money there. I would suggest that you put your funds in a low risk investment such as mutual funds and fixed income pending the time where you garner a lot of knowledge on the stock market. I am saying this because it is easy to lose money in the stock market especially if you are a newbie (like me) |

Manwarrior55: Hello guys,
I recently got the idea of opening up a Mutual Fund account since most of the safe fixed income interest have crashed like TBills and Alat (10%). So I set up an account with UnitedCapital I.e InvestNow.ng but I am still weary about them. How legit is this mutual funds ? And is united capital a good investment company to deal with?
Please bosses help me learn..thanks They are legit and currently offer the highest returns on interest in money market funds |

OBAGADAFFI: Your order will cancel if you don't specify "time in force" either :-
Day order( trade will cancel if not fulfilled after close of trade ).
Good Till date (trade can run for 3 to 7days).
Whenever you are buying or selling a stock always note that other traders are buying and selling.
So the price will always change, depending of the bids and offers.
The final price will include charges. Thank you for this. I understand things better |

Investment › Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Emmaesty(f): 6:56pm On May 14, 2020 |
OBAGADAFFI: Slow how?
Do you trade yourself or send trades to them?
Because, I also use United Capital and I trade myself on https://investnow.ng, trade execution take less than 2min (except on full bid or full offer). I trade by myself. I would click on the stock I want to purchase and click on "buy" and use market price but it always shows cancelled the following day. The one purchase that went through was Zenith. When I clicked on buy the price was 15.10 and the system bought it at 15.35. I dont even understand how that happened. |

dinyelutochukwu: Cash is king advocate, I’m sitting on 7% profit just for buying FIDSON less than an hour ago, now the stock is on full offer. Infact No Offer as we speak. You should advocate for caution and not tell people to keep their cash in face of hyper-inflation that is imminent. Please what broker do you use? I am a newbie in stocks investment and I currently use United Capital as my stock broker but they are quite slow in executing mandates or maybe there is something I am not doing right |

Akin3891: Disable your atm card and online transfer features on your main account which you have your savings on, it's advisable not to link any debit card with your saving accounts. No link at all to my savings, except you cut my head to the bank to withdraw, hence if any kobo miss in my acc, I hold my bank responsible. How will your wife or children have access to your funds in case something happens to you tomorrow? |
