Area inbound means your item is ready for delivery. From the screenshot I can see something like "Abnormal Delivery" , some site will use "Unsuccessful Delivery attempt", which means that the dispatcher couldn't locate your address.

Why not visit the local post office and seek for your item because I believe it should be there.
