Can someone please advice me. I am currently building a duplex in Onitsha. We are at the point of sand filling prior to doing the german floor or DPC. Now I am wondering if to sand fill with laterite or use sharp sand if cost are close.

Laterite is the best,after which you compress it with hard core rock and rammer.b4 the final DPC casting.
