Some people think exercise is for only those that want to lose weight, others think eating right is for only those that have money, others claim that if you want to make it in life you need to hustle out your sleep to make it (not suprisingly, these are the same guys who can't boast of anything yet).

Others simply offer lip service they know its important to live healthy, but claim they are too lazy to do so, you will see them in all my threads screaming health is wealth, but their lifestyle is nothing to write home about.

If you choose to live healthy, to look good, the benefits wouldn't affect me, but you. Right now you might think that there are no real benefits in exercising and quality sleep but just take a trial. Trust me I am #speakingfromexperience.
