That in itself is value. Adding it to the earnings multiple value, we arrive at #5.5 per share simple valuation.
She is currently trading at #8.6 per share which is more than 50% premium.
By factoring in growth rate, it will give an idea of how much we should buy it and what to expect.
Ava cap is into security dealings and brokage which requires minimum 5b as per SEC requirement.
She is into trusteeship with a minimum requirement of 300m
She is also into asset management and portfolio which requires minimum 2b
She is into investment banking which requires 1b

Total minimum requirement from SEC from AVA cap is 8.3b in equity.
She currently has 12.7b in equity but stripping of a Non-controlling interest of 3.2b from it will arrive at 4.4b extra.
So to me, AVa cap meets the SEC requirement unless they are going for private placement for expansion and also to have a good margin from the minimum requirement of 8.3b that can reduce the equity due to -
