PhonesRe: Things To Note Before Rooting Your Android Smartphone #itelmetalsmartphone by Emmaway(m): 1:28pm On May 04, 2016
OrjiObinna1:
THINGS TO NOTE BEFORE ROOTING YOUR ANDROID SMART PHONE #ItelMetalSmartphone

If you are performing the rooting procedure for
the very first time then it is sure that you may
need help and guidance from helpful sites like
www.androidust.com . But while you are making
a search on the site or Google, make sure you
search for the correct phone model. This is
because different Android phones have different
rooting procedures. If you follow the wrong
procedure, you may curse yourself for bricking or
damaging the handset. For example, if you own
LG Optimus P970 and you wish to root the same,
then search for that model only. In case, if you
have a phone for which rooting procedure does
not exist on our site, then you can contact us by
posting a comment or send and email through
contact us page and we will surely help you out.
Once again, it is vital to note that for rooting
procedure you need to find out trusted and
authentic source. There are many sites that do
not have proper or correct procedures or form a
procedure from info collected from unreliable
sources . Please beware from them.
While you are searching for the rooting
procedure, also search simultaneously for the
unrooting procedure. Since rooting voids the
warranty, if unrooting back is there then it would
give you more courage to root your phone.
It is recommended that before you actually begin
rooting the android, you must charge your phone
to the extent of 60-80 percent. If you can make
the battery fully charged, then there is nothing
better than that. This is specifically mentioned,
because many of the rooting procedures on
phones take time and also the battery
consumption goes up. In that case, the physical
hurdle like a battery getting discharged would be
pathetic.
It is true that, as a techno geek you would love
experimenting. But, if your purpose is getting
solved merely with rooting then avoid the
temptation to move ahead to other procedures
like overclocking etc. Such operations would
damage the hardware of the handset, if you
make even a small mistake. It is therefore
advised that keep away from greed!
Also you should have a clear idea on what to
expect from a rooted phone. Just by rooting your
Android will not give you added features. You
need to have apps, tweaks or custom ROMs
which needs root access to get the most out of
your rooted phone.
Thanks for the tips

But op, how do u intend to enjoy android experience when u don't have data on ur phone. Yes because of u have data u won't be running around looking for who to transfer Facebook or Whatsapp to u, I mean u could have just downloaded from the play store or download the apk. OK let's say someone managed to transfer Whatsapp to u, how would u use it without a data plan?
I never knew what it was like to download on Android those early stages, but if I had a device that comes pre-installed with apps I would have enjoyed better those early stages. But the good thing about Itel devices is that it's comes with those pre-installed app.

PhonesMy Early Android Days by Emmaway(op):
I'm a lover of Android devices right from when I didn't own one. Finally I got one and I was excited, so I unpacked the device, powered it ON, getting ready to enjoy the Android experience but I was saddened, the Android device did not come with any of the apps like Facebook, WhatsApp and the popular apps, it came with all Google Apps which means, then I realized that I was to buy an Itel Device. I know for sure that Itel Devices come with many pre-installed app, but at that point, there was nothing I can do but to look for a way to get the apps I needed. I recalled a friend who used an Android device who lived around, so I went to him requested that he transferred some apps to my phone and he asked me if I had FlashShare, I told him no, he said that except with the use of FlashShare he couldn't transfer. I went out the next day to one of the phone repairer close to where I live asking him to transfer FlashShare for me using his Laptop, but he tried doing it but his Laptop kept saying error this error that and unable to transfer any app. Next day, Sunday to be precise, I went to Church, came back, took my phone, looked at it and it was four days after buying the phone I was unable to enjoy what other Android users enjoy, was just useless! So I unlocked the phone and I said let me learn some things about the device since there's no games or app to keep me busy. I went to "SETTINGS" click on scrolled down, I saw "Accessibility" clicked on it, I saw "Talkback" so I decided to try it, I enabled it, I minimized, I tried swiping from left to right, I couldn't, right to left, I couldn't. I was so frustrated I regret ever buying the device I needed an Itel device. I was helpless, tried going back to SETTINGS to disable it but even when I entered settings I couldn't scroll down. I switched Off the phone and powered it ON still the problem persisted. I removed the battery and put it back again powered ON the phone, still same problem. I couldn't use the phone for anything, I tried flashing it with my hands because I could remember some tutorials I read on some blogs on 'How to Hand-Flash Android Devices Without a System', I switched it Off, held Power + Volume Up buttons together it took me to recovery mode, I selected wipe data and rebooted the phone. Right now I'm enjoying the Android experience, it's been fun and it has made life easier for me. Right now I use an Itel device and I'm really in love with the Itel device

In order not to fall into my shoes I'll advice you to get an Itel Device and save yourself the stress of going up and down looking for apps, because Itel Device come pre-installed with the necessary apps.

I have disabled TalkBack as you can see!

bongolistik:
In the heat of the smartphone competitions that have been raging between the likes of Tecno, Infinix, Innjoo and Gionee, you might have noticed that Innjoo has been silent this year, or are they cooking up something underground that we are not aware of?

At least, Tecno have thrilled us with Boom J8 lately, Infinix on their part are not lagging and they have Hot 3 already and Gionee have mid ranged P5 Mini, but where is Innjoo?

I hope the heat of the competition is not throwing Innjoo off balance?

Or what on your part do you really think is wrong with Innjoo that is keeping them silent this year?

The Competition is too much for them

I use a Samsung Galaxy 5, Incredible Phone with Lovely Features, But I noticed any thread bearing Tecno always get the Bashing of its life.

So My Question is Why do Nigerians still Stigmatize Tecno Phones with How they were initially? Why are they hated both Online and Physically? Why do people tag their Fans "Paid Agents" when they come to Talk about the Phone here.

I Plan on getting a New Phone for my Kid Sister, I'm Considering Tecno or Infinix because they've Significantly Improved and it's very Affordable in this Economy but the Bashing this Phones get Make me think otherwise.

Let's Hear your Thoughts.

I don't really know why but personally I don't like Tecno right from when I wasn't using Android, I think Itel devices are better than Tecno and their price is cheaper than Tecno's. That's my personal opinion.

Infinix Hot was a massive success, it was complimented by the most successful Hot 2 smartphone which saw a partnership with Google that eventually made it the first and only Android One smartphone in Africa. It reportedly sold over 500k units, surpassing all the “big players” in terms of sales volume.

The teaser slang for the Hot 3 is “Selfie with soft flash makes life colorful”, meaning the next Hot 3 smartphone could come with a revamped front-facing camera for taking that perfect selfie.

We expect to get more details about the upcoming smartphone in the coming days and we will share with you once we have them.

What are things you are looking out for on the upcoming Infinix Hot 3?

New: Infinix Hot 3 Review
This isn't what I expected from Infinix, really with the way the device was hyped.
