The legal question here is, what is legally considered to be public? 3.Now fuel ianding cost is 180.naira We sell fuel at N143 to N145. NNPC is now the sole importer of fuel.. So, it subsides fuel on behalf of the country by doing dubious accounting.

4.Bubu nor. Atiku won't remove subsidy because in practice it means fuel sells at 250 and above. Not good for political business
