insults are the general style of Nigerians. I asked relevant questions. I realise fairness and equity cannot be achieved in all cases. Even in America once there was a case I was involved in, just because I was black, my cousin and I who is a case worker were pulled over and frisked, in the San Antonio area of Texas. This guy was working with mtn before and from the comfort of his office was given his APL. Now that the exercise has been cancelled do you expect me to feel sorry for him? I called him to make jest and as friends we laughed it off but the question remains since there was no fairness in the recruitment process, search your heart and tell me why should you canvass that those who were inducted should be retained? You keep harping on about a better Nigeria should we let this NIS issue slide tell me has there been a level playing field in all areas? Anyways am off to Ife this weekend any nairalander around ping me...wedding occassion let's hookup...

Times are changing!! Alot of the rules in our society, that were once very rigid are now something that we hardly pay heed to. But while some rules and regulations, o what might be considered as good behaviour are now obsolete; there still exist a bunch of unspoken ones that one needs t adhere to.

In as much as I do not rejoice or gloat over the present predicament of those who scaled through the recently conducted NIS recruitment exercise, @Roseey, I beg to disagree with you. If the exercise was to be reconducted, many persons will be dropped. YES, many will be dropped. I'm saying this based on the crop of persons I saw @ a particular state command (don't ask me which). I then asked if the criteria for selection/employment was duly adhered to. Maybe you got yours on merit (besides who wldn't say they got theirs on merit), but the final stage of the exercise was flawed.
I pray PMB doesn't cancel the already concluded exercise after all the stress that came along with the induction exercise. I pray the good Lord grants him wisdom.
