xanders: use either Dolphin-HD, or maxthon (both available on play-store)if your having challenges with uc-browser. also try downloading Turbo download manager(available on play-store). if it persists, reflash but dont use memory tweak as ur sd-card may have a read-ahead speed limit, which posses a challenge to the Android VM.
