The truth is that like it or not, it has spiritual roots, and the only solution to dealing with the spiritual is fighting in the spiritual. Not to scare anyone here, i knw wat it feels lyk. One mistake u'l make is trying to deal wit it b4 going to God, no! You go to God 1st, then u rely on his Spirit and power to overcome,, bcus the bible says 'who hs d incorruptible seed of God cannot sin'. So rest in His love and ability to deliver. Don't mk statements lyk 'God kill me d nxt tym i do dis'.. i knw u'r dedicated to stopping, bt dt infers that its by ur power, instead be humble to God nd admit u hv no power of ur own.
