I actually wish to sell this property not investing further mate. I think its preferred coming home to manage your investments rather than entrusting them with those who cant even manage them properly. Any potential buyer or offer shall be appreciated.

Cheers

Hello Everyone.

Ive got this landed property for sale at the mentioned location. Initially ive structured a three bedroom flat design on it and its leveled up to 5 coaches.

Its 60 by 120. Ive got up to 1000 blocks on this property, sand and its situated in a well developing area.

I came back for holiday and wasnt impressed with the way it was handled as the money sent were not judiciously spent. Would love to have discussion with potential buyers please.

Cheers.

To @ Jeffreyjamez, trapqueen77, lasbel and everyone I say a big thank you. My first relationship and heart break was a big lesson to avoid same re-occurring. Am just been mindful despite wanting to move on and also trying to prevent hurting her. Females are fragile in heart but not in decision making like guys. I love my son so much and am trying to prevent same old scenario with the mum. I shall explain to my partner and subtly end the relationship.

Thanks everyone once more. I do appreciate

I do appreciate your comments. My colleague I met few months ago and we do talk about life experience, have chats during lunch hour.

With my partner, I wouldn't wish to raise my son in a situation where my inlaws refuses to see the benefits of marriage between two different countries, ethnicity and tribe. I've never cheated on her but just concerned if we decided to give this a shot and it boomerang.

It's been a fierce battle and am just holding on to making a peaceful resolution with her before giving the other lady a go. I've been with my partner for 2 years and this honestly was the major reason I refused having family until am convinced her parents would accept the ideology of a different culture.

They have a bias mindset of Nigerians are fraudulent, the language barrier as they speak French and their local dialect. Am just confused and undecided yet.

Hello Everyone.

I humbly ask for your opinion and suggestions to help in making a life changing decision. My first relationship in Nigeria was with a Togolese which lasted for 6 years. During our courtship, her parents made it clear she ain't getting married to a Nigerian except one from the country and community. We believed, disobeyed and thought things would definitely work out cos we love ourselves. The relationship eventually collapsed as she cheated twice and I couldn't contain it. She ended up as a baby mama presently with a Nigerian and yoruba to be precise.

Now I reside in England, working with London Underground and I've got a partner whose parents are originally from Congo but lived in Italy thus she is an Italian. I forgot to mention me having a four year old son in Lagos Nigeria but not legally married with his mum as my previous relationship destroyed love and affection. Now same thing kept coming as this my partners parent want her married to their kinsmen which is against her wish. She urged we having a child to prevent them breaking us.

Do you think is advisable doing this as her parents vowed not to even accept our child? I've got a colleague whom I met whilst working in the train maintenance department and the chemistry grew between us. She wants a life commitment also. Please I don't want to break hearts here and also want to move on in life. Advice please

Foreign Affairs / Brexit, Donald Trump (new Definition Of Western Politics) by Emmybabs4eva(m): 8:21am On Mar 16, 2017
Good morning All.

I shall endeavour to make this piece brief and understanding to everyone willing to learn few things concerning the aforementioned. As this country gears into triggering article 50, with the Brexit secretary (David Davis) having no clue about the significant impact this might have on the uk economy considering the fact that majority of the workforce cantered in London are performed by migrants (EU, BLACK AND ETHNIC MINORITY) which has really contributed to the GDP of this great kingdom ranking them among the 6th largest economy in the world.

Donald trump came into office in an unprecedented occasion as many suggested his past behaviours and disregard to tolerance shall deter him from becoming the president of the US. He saw migrants as a treat but not understanding the White House was initially built by slaves.

Merging these two events together only explains the power of the people and their willingness to perform the duties they are assigned to do. The government listen to what the masses want irrespective of their religious beliefs, background or tradition and the lessons I've gained from these events is putting their citizens first even when there are challenges in carrying out the assignment.

Though these events paved way for racism, hatred and assault since we decided to leave the EU and trump coming into power. Working in the transport sector explains the level of assault you're likely to encounter here in London since the referendum. In a nutshell, the people of these great countries are saying enough of been neglected by their government and believes migrant are actually occupying jobs intended for them.

Black race in the western world are known for hard work and contributing their quota to national insurance and taxes as designed by the government. I watched the last rally organised peacefully to show grievance on poverty and lack of basic amenities in our dear country. Am proud of my origin but more is required of us in holding these government officials into account. Each regions in African is blessed with natural, mineral resources left unexploited. Am standing up against poor leadership and am humbly asking concerned Nigerians here to please joint efforts or ideas to see how we can also be a global figure and a continent to reckon with leaving behind our individual differences about race, culture and tribe please. More is to be said about Brexit but shall allow room for suggestions and see more intellectual individuals contribute please. Any questions am willing to answer.

I wonder the level of mental torture our forefathers are exposed to during this period of slavery and enchantment. We fought hard and regained independent but am still sad and embattled that those common social amenities and infrastructures can't be provided for the common citizen. Developed countries ensured these facilities like good road, electricity, transportation, employment, food competition among groceries, security plus good governance( where everyone is equally treated) the citizen are less worried with the provisions mentioned above but would rather have a peaceful protest when the feel some basic rights are reduced or not working effectively. We still have a long way into becoming a developed society Africa. Peace

Good morning all.

Lately I've been thinking of a better way to invest and make a reasonable profit with at least minimal risk involved. Land and building are a practical examples of a good investment but would still want to see other avenues where profits can be harvested please.

Shall sincerely appreciate all comments and suggestions and would also wish to know if these investments can be coordinated and monitored offshore the country as this is a major fear am having. Am anticipating for your brave and intelligent advice please.

Hi All.

Am so delighted reading topics and suggestions posted by every distinguished personalities in this forum. A lot I've learnt which made me finally become and active member so I can contribute my little knowledge in ensuring we build a greater tomorrow and make Africa a great continent it was naturally designed to be. I see loads of creative mindsets of different ethnic background, religion and tribes but more is required if we truly wish to be a global figure and a continent to be reckoned with. I learnt so much as earlier said on this forum which has really boosted my experiences home and abroad and more empowerment to the members of staff and everyone contributing their individual knowledge. Now I shall constantly contribute to issues that may be of advantage to everyone. We have loads of resources to be exploited which can help build the economic strength of Africa. God bless us all.
