She likes me too, but I'm still playing safe as I am still skeptical. Should I go on or just cut off the relationship before it becomes serious. Is she Yoruba? Abort mission. I know you. Na my babe be that. |

It's talking about fertility healers who under the guise of providing a cure, fleece unsuspecting couples of their money. |

juliuscaesar: By your statement, I can tell you have never been to America and ALL the information you have digested about America comes from movies and what you see on social media. Crack/Cocaine/prescription pills have done more damage in white communities and populations than it has in black communities. If you go to rural America, I am talking about the backwoods of Alabama, Kentucky, Mississippi, Missouri, Kansas, south and north Carolina, Ohio, Georgia, where we have real rednecks and hillbillies, you will see the damage that crack has done to those communities. The only reason you might think blacks are more affected is because blacks live in cities and it's easier to see what's going on in the cities. Most people do not go to the backwoods of America I earlier mentioned, especially if you are not from there. That's a side of America they don't show you. There are communities there that are inbreds. Fathers sleeping with daughters, cousins marrying each other, siblings having kids together etc. Educate yourself. Off topic; I heard someone say a bunch of uneducated people made the decision to elect Trump. Was most of Trump's vote gotten from there or it was spread across? What's their population like? |

Nigeria of today has too many people competing for scarce resources. A legislation should be made to limit the number of children any couple could have to one. If they want more, they should be taxed. I'm sure the next generation would thank us if we followed this approach. |

Christianity Etc › Re: Apostle Arome Osayi Stopped Preaching Because Phones Rang! Pride Or Discipline? by emmyN(m): 8:51pm On Nov 17, 2024 |
Bobbiet: This is the very issue we as a people have.
Selective obedience . A preacher or let's even say a speaker came up to speak and a Phone rang. He then WARNED and said phones ringing while he preaches OBSTRUCTS the flow of his anointing and if it REPEATS itself, he will stop his sermon and leave. Then another phone rang. He Stops preaching and takes his sit and all of a sudden he has pride.
Meanwhile same people calling it pride and arrogance will approach check points and won't pick calls. Many will pass CBN buildings and hide their phones by just mere reading the sign Posts. Many have been sent out of exam halls for same character but all of a sudden the man of God has pride and arrogance. Many of you as teachers in schools have even disciplined students for similar act and most lecturers have walked out of classes for similar act.
I respect that man for standing by his own words and not caring about anyone's opinion. A minister is first a servant of the people. Did you notice that all the examples you gave where those of "masters", institutions? There you have it! |

SeraphicWind: It is not pride. What he did was the best thing to.
You are in the presence of God and your phone is ringing?
Will you allow that to happen in the presence of an ordinary governor? You're always in God's presence, not only when you are in a place of worship. |

Bmaster: people should be asked whether they are to be added to BAND A or Not.The idea of adding people to Band A unaware and at the end of the month you come up with a humongous amount of bill should be discouraged.Currently now as I'm typing,we are at loggerhead with E.E.D.C. They claimed some of their staffs were beaten while they were on disconnection tour or routine whatever, and because of that they took our high tension switch away. It's about time these DISCOs get sued and fined for this dubious habit. They can't play judge and jury in their own case. I've seen cases where they defused transformers for entire areas because they claim some certain persons weren't paying light bills. |

I recommend the government focus solely on fixing power and then withdraw licenses from non-performing DISCOs, especially BEDC. |
