wizzywisdom:Thank you for bringing up this. Some people are really blind until it happens to them before they would realize this. |
Deenite:Yes. |
Iamtosignno:I am using the phone to type this post after 24 hrs with many trials. I just hope it doesn't off till I am able to get access to their customer service. However if you are willing to to pay 15k I would let go of it. |
Joke of the century |
Iamtosignno:if you're serous of course I am ready |
This happens to be my first time of using Gionee phone and I must confess I am highly disappointed. Its exactly one year now I bought Gienee M3mini but today the phone is dead as all the efforts i made to revive the phone was in successful. |
Going through @segzy87 previous posts I am afraid the guy is always 100% on point. Mails should start coming in from next week. But this people should have allowed us to complete the festivities na. Hmmm. |
slimbj:please I hope the 31st date isn't true. Is it confirmed? |
Babagana011:I strongly doubt. If there is need for that they wouldn't have placed those names on "reserve". Be rest assured that PSC would send out mails to the reserves when they call for training. |
Bobmaintain:My comment does not in any way bar you from this thread. I am not disputing the fact that in the past there are names that usually pops up at training after the final shortlist. However, we shouldn't base our fact base on that. It's baseless and unfounded. The manner at which you make it sounds as if the senators are legally allowed to submit their names at the training camp aside from the successful shortlisted names. It's very wrong. |
Bhol28:Thank you. He doesn't know what'sup. |
adejaredavid:It annoying really. For the first time PSC recruited on merit but yet some people with negative mindset are not satisfied. |
Babagana011:In the game of football only 11 players are allowed to play while the coach is expected to replace either underperformed or tired players from the 11 with 3 reserves. In this case, each state has 3 reserves so if any of the selected 14 fails to report, the first on the reserve will replace the candidate. Likewise the second and third reserve. Just pray not all the selected people from your state report so that you will have chance to replace them. It's as simple as that. |
Bobmaintain:Can you please pls act professional for once? Where did you get the information that Senators are expected to submit their lists aside from the successful shortlisted names? Do you think if they had their ways they would wait for final list before slotting their candidates? Please lets not discredit PSC by this bear parlour assumption. |
For those asking about the remaining 1,500 space left by PSC since the recruitment is for 10,000 people, here is the break down of the names shortlisted in all the Cadres. For clarity sake about 8,300 names have been released under Police Constable, more than 500 names under ASP with 106 names for reserve while Inspector Cadre has more than 500 names and 106 reserves. There are more than 600 names under Specialists ASP and Inspectors. ( with some to undergo interview) In total we have 10,600 names selected and more than 200 names placed on reserve I hope everybody is cleared now. |
Ajibade3329:How about FCT? |
Ekiti State Governor Ayodele Fayose, Tuesday promised a reward of N1 million and full employment for the best participant in the N-Power Programme of the Federal Government. The governor, however, called on the FG to fully tackle unemployment headlong, saying the N-Power Programme was only a palliative. He made the promise in Ado-Ekiti during an interactive session with the participants from the state at the Government House, Ado-Ekiti. In a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Mr Idowu Adelusi, he quoted the governor as saying that the state government would fully play its role in ensuring the success of the programme. No fewer than 3400 people are taking part in the programme in the state. Participants are to take part in teaching, health, community and agriculture activities for the next two years and would be paid a monthly stipend of N30,000 each. He said, "This is only a palliative as it will last for only two years and I am strongly appealing to the Federal Government to take the issue of job creation serious. When somebody partakes in this programme and is sent back to the labour market after two years, that is going back to where he or she started, the labour market. "As for us, we will do our duty to distribute participants to where they would work and monitor them as well as ensuring that we do a proper data capturing of the participants. One of the participants, Oke Motunrayoo Alaba, commended the governor for his support for the programme. Please when are we to expect December alert? I am through with FG verification and waiting for alert. |
Is this what you called "Frustrated Graduate''? I think you are looking for problem not solution. |
One of the most silliest call I heard this year. When Northerners fought hard to ensure the recruitment was done on Local Government bases, Bayelsa State didn't protest against that but now that everything has been concluded they are crying foul. Thunder fire them there. |
allan2:invite for what? |
I think this phone can't last more than a year. Its exactly a year ago when I bought this phone but now the phone is developing issue as anytime I want to change battery it would take several efforts for the phone to on. I don't know what the problem is. I have to scratch the battery opening with several attempts before it would switch on. Pls I need help on how to resolve this issue because I am not ready to buy another phone at this time and moreover I still like the phone. Pls help. |
entapryce:Hmmn so it's true some people got the job through long legs? I thought everybody that saw their names got it on merit because for instance in the FCT list, those names that came out corresponded with the names that took the test and underwent the vigorous screening exercises. |
Maccoy1:But when zombies try to blame GEJ as being responsible for Nigeria's predicament they tend to forget about that fact because their brain is as empty as vessel |

5. Hanging out |
samjadinero:feeding, uniforms and other training materials will be taken care of by PSC. |
Ladytall:I will start buying the things for the training gradually from now. The training should begin either in January or February. |
I hope our own training will not exceed 6 months o. |
I think Npower is better because you will start getting 30k stipends immediately while Peace Corp would force out 40k from you in this present economic crisis. Peace Corp is also not bad but the 4Ok is what is discouraging many people from joining. |
Nonsense... After all the secret recruitment that you called replacement? |
Harbeeorlar:state ur name and LGA let me check for u |
That police conducted their recruitment based on merit does not in any way translates for change in Nigeria as a whole. How about Civil Defense and the rest that will never even allow you to try as everything is done in secret. |
