I know you would mention business establishments like bet shops etc. you should know that business establishments are different from business endeavours. This man simply tries to gather money via crowdfunding, hoping that people would pay for his registration and enrich him. And my problem with this type of people is that; after they bamboozle individuals into—maybe selling properties or collecting loans to join their investment schemes, they’d ruin them and leave them high and dry, before moving on to the next victim without conscience. A shame.
