Actually here is not the right place for this but because I needed more attention and advice I have to post it here.
Sorry the post might be long but I need help..
Am from the eastern part of Nigeria, IMO state to be precise, currently an oil well head was discovered in my place and it happened that the pipe has to passed through our land, that's were my "late " father build our new home before his dimisal . We have been informed to be at alert as the "shell oil company " are coming any moment to value the properties there and pay us.
The problem is that, ever since that incident, many young men has been coming to our house claiming the are "PROPERTY VALUER " and the will help us to avoid cheating from "shell company ".some are even promising to give us money. Then I asked what I will do for them,
The said the only need me to sign POWER OF ATTORNEY for them as my PROPERTY VALUER.
One even promised to visit me in school and see me of which when I asked what actually his interest was, he told me he needs the job and I will have to give him 10% only of whatever be the pay of the properties(both land, house, economic tress)AND Also PROMISED TO PAY ME ANY AMOUNT I WANT SO LONG I WILL SIGN THE POWER OF ATTORNEY FOR HIM .
My father when alive do tell me something special is in that land where is building but sometimes I don't understand him.
Now am confused, some people are saying I should get a property valuer why some said there service is not needed.
Who else had experience this,,

please I need advise,this issue is really bothering me!
OK, I met this girl during one of my outing in school. I like and admire her much hence I strike up a conversion with her while waiting for my brother (same kindred), my brother arrived and both of them start talking like friends. i was surprised at first but ignored them.
before the arrival of my bro,av already collected her(Juliet) number ,so later that day I asked my brother about Juliet and he told me she's one of his friends and nothing much.. but I tried to let him(my brother) know I have feelings for the girl.
2weeks latter, I noticed some strange behavior form my brother. note(he has a girlfriend o)then I asked him y and he said nothing, then my mind told me is because of my friendship with that juliet "(not real name) ,so one cool evening I invited her ,she came and I started telling her my mind ,she was confused cos I spoke to her in parables though, then she requested I explained better to her and I quote" 3THINGS SEPARATE BROTHERS 1,IS MONEY, 2 TWO IS FRIEND WHILE 3 IS A GIRL/WOMEN "I CAN'T LET U DESTROY MY RELATIONSHIP WITH MY BROTHER" she starts shedding tears ,telling me my brother never propose love to her and he has a girlfriend. I just ignored her(Juliet) and left the environment
that same evening, my brother visited me with a different girl(asin side shima,not her real chick) he signalled me to leave and I understood that immediately.. when the shima left, I asked my brother about Juliet ,still trying to let him know I have feelings for her and he said "BROTHER JUST CHOP AND LET ME CHOP "
hmmm!! I breathe heavily, I told him I love juliet and I want her as my girl..his mood changed immediately. but after my initial encounter with the girl,(Juliet) at my invitation, she has been calling and begging me that my brother is not her boyfriend even texted me.I love the girl (,Juliet)so I decided to welcome her back,she immediately cutoffs all her contact with my brother.. and we have been rolling wellah... but my problem is that, is over 2months since the incident happened. my brother Hardly talk to me or reply my chat on Facebook or WhatsApp.. I wana make peace with him....advise me please...
