NYSC / Re: NYSC Announces 27th June 2019 As 2018 Batch B Stream 1 POP by Emyo(m): 2:08pm On Jun 19, 2019
Nigeria is a scam. How is this supposed to be a news? Immediately you step your foot into NYSC camp, you suppose to know when to leave. But corruption won't let us think like a country.

Business / Re: MTN Nigeria Grossed N700 Million Loss Due To Server Breakdown by Emyo(m): 3:22pm On Jun 17, 2019
BrandSpurNG:
MTN Nigeria server crash on Saturday, a regular source stated this may have cost the telecommunication company an estimated loss of N700 million within two hours.

It was also claimed that the newly listed company on the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) contacted the Economic Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to review cybercrime which developed N50,000 deduction for 128GB from customers whose phone numbers are linked to their account numbers.

Another source said that several MTN customers’ lines who obtained free data via *131*7*5*1*1# were blocked for 24 hours as the company continued to restore its flunked data network.

After going through all comments I discovered a lot of you are getting this very wrong. This is very traceable. The payments are not from JAMB, neither was the money deducted with remita. The alert says it all. Email me and before the end of this public holiday. if payments was deducted after June 3rd 2019, I want to assure you that you will get your money back. But if it has passed through a week day (working day) it will be a back and front tussle with a little delay but trust me you will get your money back. You are channelling your energy to the wrong place.

In as much as I would proudly say that out data delivery is a top notch. I will not rule out claims of transactions failing it happens everywhere, bank ATM etc but aside having 100% human responsive agents to look into such ugly situation Ogiri is not tip towing on providing a lasting solutions to this despite considering the fact that we are in Nigeria with epilapstiv power supply, network short fall from both the buyer and the automated device etc.

These we have identified and trust me, a mega news is on the way.

am not.... sent airtime to myself since 4 days ago and it didn't deliver, sent Glo 2gb to a customer since 5 days ago and it didn't deliver... you've done enough damage... when you fix your service delivery I can still consider you later

If this is true! You know how to go about? We have customer care agents here on nairaland? Didn't see your complain. Our email address is conspicuous enough, we are on WhatsApp with two lines and even on Facebook.

We are everywhere our customers would be for ease of resolving unavoidable challenges.

Thanks you always.

Am a reseller of ogiri, I sent data to two persons yesterday Saturday 23rd of February, 2019 around 8pm, till this moment the data has not been delivered while my wallet has been charged already. The painful thing is that one of them is a new customer and having such issue isn't a good thing at all.
Sorry about this, do you have the customer support WhatsApp number. It's an airtel line. They are 24/7 on WhatsApp ready to help you out in this kind of issue.

Chat them up, provide the effected phone numbers and they will advice you accordingly.
