Personally I felt the argument remain our ability or inability to interpret the wordings of the constitution correctly, so thought it was to seek the interpretations of an artificial intelligence and below is what ChatGTP has to say about Section 134 (2) of the CFRN 1999 provides that “A candidate for an election to the office of President shall be deemed to have been duly elected where, there being more than two candidates for the election, he has the highest number of votes cast at the election; and must have nothing less than one-quarter of the votes cast at the election in each of at least two-thirds of all the States in the Federation and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja.” I copied the constitutional requirements above into an artificial intelligence machine for interpretations and below is what I got. " Election Criteria for President User Kindly explain the following in a simple English "(1) A candidate for an election to the office of President shall be deemed to have be been duly elected, where, there being only two candidates for the election – (a) he has the majority of votes cast at the election; and (b) he has not less than one-quarter of the votes cast at the election in each of at least two-thirds of all the States in the Federation and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja." ChatGPT This statement is about the election process for the office of the President. It says that if there are only two candidates running for the position, certain conditions must be met for a candidate to be considered elected. Here are the conditions: The candidate must have the majority of votes cast in the election. This means they need to have more votes than the other candidate. The candidate must receive at least one-quarter (25%) of the votes cast in each of at least two-thirds (66.67%) of all the states in the country, including the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja. In other words, they need to get a significant number of votes in most of the states. If a candidate meets both of these conditions, they will be considered duly elected to the position of President. User Will a candidate who didn't get 25% in Abuja the federal capital territory but got 25% of the votes cast in each of at least two-thirds of all the states in the country be considered duly elected to the position of the president? ChatGPT According to the statement you provided, in order to be considered duly elected to the position of President, a candidate must meet both of the following conditions: The candidate must have the majority of votes cast in the election. The candidate must receive at least one-quarter (25%) of the votes cast in each of at least two-thirds (66.67%) of all the states in the country, including the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja. If a candidate fails to meet either of these conditions, they would not be considered duly elected to the position of President. Therefore, if a candidate did not receive 25% of the votes in Abuja, they would not fulfill the second condition and would not be considered duly elected, even if they received 25% of the votes in each of at least two-thirds of all the other states in the country. User From the statement I provided, the phrase ... and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja Was used but you changed it to ...including the federal capital territory Abuja. In a clearer terms are you saying these phrases puts a compulsion on the need to have 25% of the votes cast in the federal capital territory as a mandatory conditions that must be met? ChatGPT Apologies for the confusion. You are correct, the statement you provided includes the phrase "and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja." This means that the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja is included in the requirement for a candidate to receive at least one-quarter (25%) of the votes cast in each of at least two-thirds of all the states in the country. In simpler terms, it is mandatory for a candidate to obtain 25% of the votes cast in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, in addition to meeting the same requirement in at least two-thirds of all the other states, in order to be considered duly elected to the position of President. Failing to meet this requirement in Abuja would disqualify the candidate from being considered duly elected, regardless of their performance in other states. "

damosky12:You intelligent by half. So you don't know comedy brands are product being sold and or bought? You don't know I can buy your song and sing it as mine? |
Mobilenig, your customer care on WhatsApp is refusing to do the needful. |
chizagi:Seems it's same price with precast? Can you supply to Kogi state? |
How much will 50mm cost me? |
You all are not intelligent. I see sachets of used condoms in almost every hotel I lodge. That's might honestly be from another person who used the room last and the hotelier carelessly couldn't clean it up well |
But in all these write up nothing was said. |
Oga Pay him his FULL money for the engine, pay him for everything on that receipt and apologies to him. He is your customer. I am one of those hoping to reach out to you but I am no longer interested. GAZZUZZ: |

Will be with the commissioner of police on Tuesday. More updates soon |
Lavoca:Everyone in this thread who offered to help are 419ners. I kept paying for nothing. They will promise to help track the stolen phone or do one thing or another yet they will scam me. The twitter warrior too mentioned doesn’t read private messages and is selective on his help. I suspect he selects already threading cases. I have successfully reported to police complaints on WhatsApp today and they have given me tracking number. |
Hello Everyone, Nigerians are heartless! I have been scammed by three persons from this thread posing to be of help. |
sniperbubble:Please I need this help as MTN catalog will show how many phones I have inserted my sim into. This will help me a lot, I have never changed my sim into any phone for the past three months |
mikezuruki:No! They said it was my sim that was inserted into the stolen phone. Which is not possible because I didn’t remove my sim since the past three months and I have contacted mtn who confirmed this. |
mikezuruki:Yes! They said they tracked it via the imei but have refused to double check it for errors because my sim has never left my phone into a Tecno phone |
punisha:Thanks so much. I am now on Twitter for this. |
illitrate:I now have the imei of the stolen phone been investigated. Do I drop it here? |
Elxandre:They did not get my iPhone but my phone number which has been in my iPhone since April. But they said I inserted my sim into the stolen phone on the 9th. |
sexylassie2:That’s why I am here. Read and see where I talked about the need to unveil the mystery. That’s exactly the help am seeking. |
sexylassie2:My phone is not the issue! I use iPhone, they are looking for Techno. I have not seen Techno canon 15 my entire life |
Good day everyone who finds this and I wish to get help as soon as possible as I will be very brief. On the 20th of July 2020 I got arrested by Asaba State CID from Enugu state and immediately thrown into prison. On my arrest, I was arrested with an iPhone 7 Plus, the police officers dialed my phone number and it rang on my iPhone. Then I was asked where is the camon 15 I stole on the 7th of July in Asaba. I told them I didn’t visit Asaba on 7th I showed prove. Then the IPO told me the stolen phone was tracked and my phone number appeared to have been inserted into the stolen phone on the 9th of July. This is ridiculous as I informed the police of my status in the society and that since April I have not removed my sim from my phone. I had to pay N185,000 as amount of phone and cost of tracking to be freed after paying N50,000 for bail. I am writing this because I need help, I need an independent tracker as agreed between me and the IPO to unravel the mystery of how my phone number got linked with the IMEI. Please any recommendation will be appreciated |
