Poems For ReviewA Poem Dedicated To all 'WHITE' Nigerians: Green Is The Land. by Emyo(op):
Green is the land, so wild.
Clean is the sea, so wide.
Peaceful is the being, so white.
Producers, Food full basket.

O why?
Parasites do et their worst.
Terrorist resisting the best.
Boko Haramist bombs the rest.
Phoenix! Nigeria is yet hopeful.

O aren't got iota for Progress.
Showeth me your treasure in treachery?
Stop! Perfection is underneath sitting prowess
Glory isn't when you milk the country, trashy.

O dear, giants of Africa
Pure in mind,
Great!! moans the future
Woo them in mild
Though blur on picture
You soon never mourn
You soon rejoice.

Green is the land, so wild.
Clean is the sea, so wide.
Peaceful is the being, so white.
Producers, Food full basket.

PhenomenonVFX: @OP: ur dream sounds like a zombie apocalypse. And it is laughable at best. I dont know how u came to conclude that the interpretation of that dream is hell. Are u sure u havent been watching too much Japanese manga? They seem to have that kind of scene in most of them.
Maybe u should check urself so that it wont be ur insecurities and fears translating into ur dreams. Sigmund Freud would have been very helpful at such time as this.
can't hold any truth from this

I'm afraid the revelation I received on this day has neither any biblical back up nor is it centred on a belief.
I myself opened it up for doubt but the circumstance surrounding me confirmed its a warning from God.

I saw myself wondering between a tensed population.
Cars, houses, stones and all manner of people were moving with speed, smashing and destroying each other with utmost anger.
I sure discovered these items including human beings moved involuntary, as I saw people thrown from nowhere, falling and sinking into iron, cars, and even stones but the population kept increasing.

The feeling I had there was perplexity and thought of abscond, but the further I went the serious the pains and search for peace.

Cutting the long story short, 'hell fire' and other dictions found in holy books are real but illustrations differs from a writer to writer, narrators to narrators. But the technical meaning of my revelation is that hell fire is a place without PEACE but SORROW and PAIN.

My revolution was an unending WAR, unexpected accidents and explosions, traumas and tuck for survival!!! Yet nobody dies.

Be warned heaven is real, hell is real.
Desist from unnecessary religious arguments, for all religious text was written to solve one problem or strengthen the faith as at when written.
Now that things are changing I recommend we use analogy in perfecting our faith and solving our immediate problems, hence lay down rules for the next generations to learn from it, just like we are to learn from BC and AC.

All religious text as I earlier explained are more of writers choice of description or diction.
I pray we all get united in peace on earth so as to enjoy eternal peace together.
Amen.

Diamondwriter: My suggestion: i think we need to begin like this is a new idea.Apparently all efforts to build on the old blocks have stumbled.Maybe it's time we try a diffrnt approach........nd pls this time, let's try not to get ahead of ourselves..
to me I suuggest the be centred on improving writing skills, promoting our workkkswithin and across nig (self pub kind of) and revitalising of reading culture in nigeria through enticing creativity. SIMPLE!!! grin

PoliticsKogi LG Poll: Wada Threatens To Sack Office Holders Who Fail To 'RIG THEIR' Ward by Emyo(op): 7:00am On Apr 16, 2013
Governor Idris Wada of Kogi State has threatened to terminate the employment of any political officer holder in the state who fails to deliver his/her ward in the forthcoming local government polls.
Wada issued the threat yesterday in Lokoja at the inauguration of the Reconciliation and Campaign Committee for the Local Government Election.
He said the political appointees in the state should go to their various wards with the slogan ‘Operation Win Your Ward’ as there will no sacred cow among them who fail in the assigned task.
He also took time out to explain that the warning become imperative in view of the crisis that greeted the just concluded party primaries in the state as well as the threat by some aggrieved members of the Peoples Democrtic Party (PDP) to work against the interest of the party during the May 2013 local government election.
He declared that the political office holders were appointed into the position they are presently because they are members of the ruling partyand he stressed that any attempt by them to work against the party will attract stiff penalties. He therefore urged those planning to work against the party’s interest during the forthcoming local government poll to resignfrom office.
This is sad. Like seriously?
shockedshocked
you aren't far from the truth.
Its sad how over 150 members of an intended group got dispatched cuz of a leader been BUSY, founder been too Emotional and members been spectators.

It pains me for, because Peaceworld is my friend, I wouldn't usurp him, so the initiatives of DN, I and uniquesty have worked for, stressed because of and risk a journey down to Enugu should die.

It pains me that no single person should harmonise all the long term objectives of this group into an achievable short term program. (Like, the main reasons of tthis is to implement a growing reading culture in nigeria and an improved skills to writing).

Its a sad thing to know that we all are respecter of superiority, friendship, statism and emotions. Wake up from slumber. Please.

Myd-44 thanks for coming around, I promise things going to change soon.
