Confronted by the administration’s stellar performance, the opposition and media propagandists dredged up a campaign video of the President promising a 24/7 power supply. They distorted his words. What he actually said was: “Whichever way, by all means necessary, you will have electricity, and you will not pay for an estimated bill anymore. A promise made will be a promise kept. If I don’t keep the promise and I come for a second term, don’t vote for me, unless I give you adequate reasons why I couldn’t deliver.” Does this Man ononuga think we are IDIOTS or FOOLS. How can he want to brazenly change what President Tinubu proudly said and promised during his campaigns. He (Tinubu) said those words without any caveat. Mr. Onanuga should please don't worsen our thoughts and disappointments we have for this Quay administration. |

This reminds us of the II World War scenarios. The British govt and the then Royal magesty asked and begged the American govt( soldiers) to help train and equip their war force. Of Which America gladly obliged. During that process at the tick of the II World war, enemies (German) missiles hit American planes thereby hit and killed several American pilots , they couldn't hold back and watch her soldiers die , hence, America entered the war with it's full chest , crushing non Allied forces. Remember the Hiroshima bombing and sundry. That marked the beginning of the End of The World war 2. Perceived same thing playing out here, only time will tell. |

END POVERTY INDEED. When I tried to see the people in the committee to steer this programme I saw of course the minister of Economic Planning the notorious Mr. Atiku Bagudu. And went further to ask Wikipedia about him, this what I got "Specifically, Bagudu has been associated with the recovery of funds allegedly looted by the late General Sani Abacha. These funds have been the subject of international legal battles and negotiations for repatriation to Nigeria. A sitting senator is presenting a petition for her fellow senators, you are here talking about ethics Committee. She has just done the formal right thing and get the film started. Hmmmm I laugh, why will a sane and lover of Nigeria clap for such travesty in that video. An important note in that (ob)scene is why would the microphone of Natasha be put off when she was reading out some points, two, the leader (SP) as it were would have asked her Natasha why she will want to deliberately be belligerent on the Senate. I am always tempted to question the givers of the these global awards. Nobel laureate is one award given to noble peesons of distingtion of a chosen field and above all who bring PEACE to Humanity and Peaceable too. It beats me also how a supposedly revered hero will find delight in selective criticism (even when he is picking the ' truth') . Instance-: All the infamous Economic policies of the present govt. Not to mention the alleged shameful records of Drug dealings , identity theft etc. He ( the 1986 winner of a world noble award) could not say a (TRUTH) about it, shameful. But he can see and say TRUTH about Goodluck Jonathan' family and regime., A nobel food for thought. |
