He did a paid call and they said it's still processing. No other reasonable response.

Hello gurus in the house. Please who has paid for VFS passport return recently?
I applied for my dad visit visa and the VFS have used GiG Logistics to send the passport and now they're texting him to come and pick up at the park.
Has anyone experienced this? I was honestly expecting an actual home delivery.
No choice than to go to the park now, but just need to know if it's the norm now.

I am expecting a package from fedex too. Laptop and 2 watches, bought with gift card and sent to me, all about $450 worth. They sent me a mail to speak directly with dss people to answer their questions. As if that wasn't enough shocker, I just found this thread and I'm just weak. To think I'll be paying customs heavily for goods I can't personally afford.
