From my own experience in my ward,buhari had 21 to 57 for atiku in my polling unit.out of 14 units in my ward in calabar buhari won 3 and lost 11.i followed them to the ward collation point,nothing changed in the presidential tabulation but might have changed in the legislative angle.i also followed them to the lga collation,same thing happened.the only places where rigging happened was in the rural areas where top party chieftains came from.both parties were involved.
