FRoosevelt: So you built a flashy multi-million naira church auditorium then what? How does it impact positively on the financial status of the common member who's ignorantly donated his life savings to that cause?
Oh I get it, he's proud of pointing out to others that that's his church right there. That's all he gets while floundering in his donations-induced penury. and who made you the spokesperson for the common members did they tell you how unhappy they are that the dome was built?? tell the government to build something and maintain it with the tax paid by the common man let's see... impossible |

EVILFOREST: A COMPLETE WASTE OF RESOURCES. with this attitude of ours, we cannot get to any where. Kindly use your GOOGLE MAPS to access places in Nigeria. What you will find will keep you mute, especially in the southern part of the country. U will find WORSHIP CENTRES littered every where. U will hardly find thriving mega businesses except in LAGOS.
Then use similar GOOGLE MAPS to access JAPAN, SOUTH KOREA, USA, GERMANY, ETHOPIA. U will see worship CENTRES sparsely distributed, with companies and packaging factories littered everywhere. Despite these worship centers, NIGERIA is still closer to the DEVIL than these people does the Nigerian government have any development blueprint?? no ideologies, nothing nothing, give the ajaokuta steel company to living faith, dunamis, Christ embassy etc and watch how it will spring back to life... am not supporting the development of worship centers everywhere neither am I against it but why cant government make strides towards developing factories, companies that would benefit and develop the nation?? the government collects tax, church takes offering, government can for you to pay tax , church can't force you to pay offering. with the offerings the church is developing big auditoriums, schools etc. and we can all see it even though it wont benefit most members (some will definitely /somehow )benefit. where is the evidence of the tax being paid to the government?? |

NPComplete: All these pastors and their need to spiritualize simple things sef. Anything to create a miasma of mysticism around an otherwise normal result, I guess. Can anyone tell me something special about the building that hasnt been done anywhere else before? We have seen great feats of civil engineering that dwarf this one by orders of magnitude. How come none of those real engineering feats needed special revelation? And he keeps talking about the roof and lack of pillars like it is something special that the world has never seen before. But we know of numerous and gigantic stadiums with roofs. Not just any roof. Retractable roofs. So can anyone point to me anything that needs spiritual interpretations and revelations in this? I am waiting. we have seen, we have seen, Good, name them. |

To be honest, there's little the government can do here. The workers should learn one or two skills and start living an independent life. A work-intensive job that doesn't rely on the government before they earn. Many of them are suffering today because they relied too much on their state government. They should forget about previous salaries, concentrate on the present and fight for the future. They need some serious work-off to work-on their present predicament. Being a civil servant shouldn't be used as an excuse for laziness. Hardworking pays!!! trash |

Akan: My friend shut up there. Was the Arab spring not an internal matter, but still Libya was invaded. The Nigerian government have done worse to the Biafran people than Gadaffi did to his. You think its because they feel Nigeria will be able to repel them hence their reluctance to invade? Monkey, see dem no get anything to gain from this shithole country. No be only arab spring na indian summer. see low level of reasoning of the highest order,. you simply don't even know the difference between a political uprising against long dictatorial rules and a successionist struggle. Nigeria/biafra, Cameroon /amazonia, Spain /Catalonia ,Israel /Palestine , situations are totally different from the Syrian situation for example... the west will only get involved if the government doesn't Dance to their tune or benefits them or if they want to install proper democracy so as to put puppet regimes in power to their own economic benefits . why did they not intervene.. they won't try it, they cannot. Israel and any other country can never ever try it. take it or leave it. |

Efewestern: How far has Isreal backed rebel performed in Syria?, with the help of Iran the Syrian government keeps pushing them into oblivion(They now control a tiny territory), if Isreal choose to arm a section of the country (Which is even not possible) then expect Nigeria to seek help from other countries, and I bet many countries will be glad to assist.
Now the question is, what will Israel benefit from going against the Nigerian government?, are we a treat to their existence?, do we in any way interfere in their affairs in Middle East?, Do we pose a threat to them?,
Israel has many issues on ground, their existence is being threatened by Iran's constant plan of arming Hezbollah and you think what's going on in Nigeria will be a major concern to them?
The original message the op passed was about a war between Nigeria and Israel, I just stated that it's not possible for both countries to have any conflict. leave then with ignorance, they think interbational affairs is communal conflict |

some empty heads will just be talking rubbish, with zero knowledge of international politics. israel will just wake up and decide to come and fight nigeria for the freedom of biafra, does it make any sense? meanwhile israel is busy oppressing and denying palestinians in the gaza strip that same freedom. nigeria is a soveriegn state, no other country, i repeat no other country will be directly involve in its internal affairs outta the blue. international relations principle of none interferance . |
