she has graduated she just got her pgwp and can't work cos she is on maternity leave

I was finally delayed today reason is that my spouse doesn't have employment in NOC a o c that's the only reason, but I just got my American visit visa on Monday so what should be the next line of action

any child below the age of 14 years will not be able to do biometrics

Good evening all,my spouse is suppose to get her 3 years PGWP next week but we already put in for a SOWP with her student permit which expires in March, should we send the PGWP to cic and if yea how should it be sent?
