Go to settings>App
Look for Facebook, clear cache, clear data then go to home screen and open Facebook again!

yes its a little towards d back camera ...buh am thinking of updating to d latest version xui1.N.3.1. cause am on xui 1.N.1.1 heard som bugs been fixed on latest xui...someone recomend changing d network cable...d network at timees goes off and on even to emergency calls only when set to 3g

Yeah its good to assume the problem is with the software first before u start looking towards hardware.

please I discovered that when I charge my phone it just jumped from 70% to 100%, and the battery doesn't last more than a day again. and I bought it in January, please like how much can I get the battery replaced, I reside in ilorin kwara State. thanks

Consider using another charger(original) and switching off your phone while charging for now.
What's the model of your phone?

Yes about 2months back, but it pick up itself after 2 days and that affect only sim two. Thanks for concern

@devicetek pls help a brother my infinix x551 has network issue 3g has been a disaster i hardly get 3g signal and if i set it 3g only i dont see any network unless i set it to 2g/3g i see two bars of 2g network..Note people within d same region with same x551 and network as i see full and stable 3g network..am on xui 1.N.1.1 am thinking its d software buh can software update cause network issue...

Back up your infinix then factory reset your phone.

nairalanders i really need ur suggestion and help me profer solution concerning my Samsung galxy note 4 that refuse to Côme up and my s5 that doesnt exceed the booting stage whenever it is power on.however,i gave them to some phone engineers to check and they all confirmed that thé hardwares Of the phone is alright and all efforts to fixed both phones have proved abortive.Am really confused and fed up after spending such a huge fund to acquire them.
