According to reports, Tinubu had advised Obaseki to prepare for direct primaries in Edo.

Meanwhile, the anxiety in Obaseki’s camp is said to be heightened, after the failed reconciliation move at Tinubu’s Lagos home a source told e-nigeria!

This is not unconnected to similar incident that occurred in Lagos state, which saw the axing of a sitting governor, Akinwunmi Ambode.

CelebritiesAll You Need To Know About Hushpuppi's Arrest By Interpol In Dubai | E-nigeria! by eNIGERIANG(op): 4:48am On Jun 10, 2020
Hushpuppi has reportedly been arrested. Speculations about Hushpuppi’s arrest gained center stage following a twitter user’s post which suggest that the social media big boy was arrested by a team of Interpol and men of the Federal Bureau of Investigation – FBI.

According to the caption on the video shared by the twitter user few hours ago, it suggests that the FBI and Interpol arrived Hushpuppi’s apartment and arrested in company of his ally Mr. Woodbery 02:00 pm Dubai time.

The twitter user further stated that the arrest was as a result of months of pains taking investigation carried out by the FBI regarding their involvement in a fraudulent deal in the corridors of $35 million (over 13 billion naira) .
According to the post, Hushpuppi and his crew collected the above sum posing as suppliers of Coronavirus (Covid-19) ventilators.

While the report is still subject to scrutiny and proper verification, e-nigeria! can point some quick facts to digest on the subject in focus.

>If Hushpuppi was truly arrested, since 02:00pm Dubai time,by now his mug shots would have been trending and not  a shabbily recorded video clip.

CrimeSenate Probes NDDC For Spending N40 Billion In Three Months | E-nigeria! by eNIGERIANG(op): 2:34am On Jun 10, 2020
The Senate has set up a seven-member ad-hoc committee to probe the “financial recklessness” of the Interim Management Committee (IMC) of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC).

The committee was specifically asked to probe the IMC for allegedly squandering N40 billion in three months and seek account for other financial transactions within this period.

The committee will be headed by Olubunmi Adetunbi (APC, Ekiti North) with Jika Haliru (APC, Bauchi Central), Tanko Almakura (APC, Nasarawa South), Abdulfatai Buhari (APC, Oyo North ), Chukwuka Utazi ( PDP, Enugu North), Ibrahim Hadeija (APC Jigawa North East ) and Degi – Eremienyo Biobarakuma (APC, Bayelsa East ) as members.

The resolution to set up the committee followed deliberation on a motion on the “Urgent need to investigate alleged financial recklessness in the NDDC” – sponsored by George Sekibo.
Leading the debate, Mr Sekibo said there were accusations of misuse of funds by the previous management of the commission which portrayed the NCDC as a financial conduit pipe, especially when the aspiration of its founding fathers have been forsaken.

“The visible recklessness may have prompted the President to set up an Interim Management Committee while ordering a forensic audit of the commission so as to reposition it for its intended mandate,” he said.

“While the President’s action of setting up an IMC and the forensic audit may have been conceived to forestall the financial recklessness of the commission and reposition it for fast-tracking of the development of the region, the IMC has been more bedevilled with the same financial misuse, misapplication, misappropriation or outright fraud in the management of the funds of the commission.

“The IMC has inundated itself with undue gross misconducts in fraudulent contracts award without due recourse to due process and flagrant disobedience to the provisions of the sections 19, 25, 41 and 42 of the Public Procurement Act, 2007.

“Within the last three months, the commission has spent over N40 billion of the commission’s fund without recourse to established processes of funds disbursement which has opened up further suspicion among stakeholders of the Niger Delta Region,” he said.

The lawmaker also faulted the IMC’s arbitrary use of executive power in alleged wrongful sacking of management staff without recourse to established civil service rules and practice with the aim of allegedly concealing the fraudulent financial recklessness they have committed.

Initial disagreement

In Mr Sekibo’s motion, he prayed that the Senate mandate its committee on Niger Delta Affairs to carry out an investigation on all issues relating to but not a limited misapplication and misappropriation of N40 billion by the commission as well as all procurement and financial transactions of the commission in this fiscal year 2020 and any other matter that is not in accordance with the provisions of the NDDC Establishment Act 2000.

But Bala Na’Allah protested and said instead of the standing committee, an ad-hoc committee, which he said will handle it better, be set up to probe the commission, a prayer which was eventually adopted by the Senate.

Peter Nwaoboshi, who is the chairman of the committee, seemed displeased at Mr Na’Alla comments as he tried to counter his allegations.

“…My learned colleague in the bar, Senator Na’allah raised a point of order and in the process, he said that the committee failed to perform its duties and it is on record. When the issue was raised again, he went over to say again that Sekibo did not bring it on behalf of the committee.

“First, Senator Sekibo is a member of the committee on Niger Delta Affairs and everything he did here was in consonance and approval of the members of this committee. For him to say that the committee is not part is a misnomer. When motions are not brought in the names of a committee, it has never happened in this Senate unless a report is brought in the name of a committee.

“Secondly, he went further to say I have ‘stopped’, that we have relegated on our powers or our functions. That is what it means. That is not correct. The period under the investigation is three months. If you can follow the motion. Within the period of investigation, we have been, the chamber has been locked and this first time we are taking motion on the floor of this Senate.

“To say that a member of the committee brought a motion and it was debated and you say that the committee has relegated on its powers, it is an affront on the integrity and personality of some of us in the committee. He is a lawyer, I am 31 years in the bar, you cannot make such derogatory statement about me,”he protested.

On his part, the Senate President, Ahmad Lawan, said the intention of the Senate is not to take away the responsibility of the NDDC.

“We believe that you have been doing your work. I know personally that you have been involved together as far as the NDDC is concerned. This is something that was put to vote. It is not strange to have an ad-hoc committee when we have a standing committee.

“We in this 9th Senate set up ad-hoc committees. I recall that in 2011, I headed a committee to investigate privatization. There was a committee on BPE so this is just the workings of the Senate. All that we need to do is to ensure that our committees, whether the ad-hoc or the standing or special committees, do their work. I want to assure you that nothing affects the integrity of the committee. It is just to ensure that there is sanity in the NDDC.”

The ad-hoc committee was given four weeks to carry out its investigation and report back to the Senate.

PoliticsDiezani – Diplomatic Passport, Dominican Republic Appointment Is False -report by eNIGERIANG(op): 11:13pm On Jun 07, 2020
According to The Boss Newspaper, reports making the rounds on social media especially on Twitter, that former Petroleum Resources Minister, Mrs. Diezani Allison-Madueke has not only been offered a position by the Government of the Commonwealth of Dominica but now carries a diplomatic passport, is false.

Our checks revealed that as at today, June 7, 2020, Mrs. Diezani Allison-Madueke has not been appointed Commissioner nor does she hold a diplomatic passport of the Commonwealth of Dominica.

Impeccable sources reveal that the fact of the matter was that well before she had a brush with the Nigerian government, based on her pedigree, she was offered these privileges but it had been suspended since October, 2015!

In fact, on December 20, 2015, a local publication, DA Vibes reported an official statement from the nation’s Prime Minister on this same matter.
The platform wrote:

“There is no truth to the rumour of a former Government Minister of Nigeria being offered or encouraged by the Prime Minister or Government of Dominica to make The Commonwealth of Dominica her home.

Diezani Allison-Madueke | e-nigeriang.com
Diezani Allison-Madueke | e-nigeriang.com

Prime Minister Skerrit explained that in May of this year, during a routine stop-over visit to London, Madueke was introduced to him as the immediate past Minister of Petroleum Resources in Nigeria and also immediate past President of OPEC, the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries. These discussions however took place well before any question of an investigation by the relevant authorities arose.

Prime Minister, Honourable Roosevelt Skerrit has made clear that the idea of relocating to Dominica was never discussed, far less agreed, in any discussions with or on behalf of Diezani Alison Madueke, the ex-minister of Petroleum Resources in Nigeria, who is now under investigation by United Kingdom and Nigerian authorities. Indeed, the Prime Minister said the discussions surrounded her continued residence in the United Kingdom and ability to travel to Africa in order to assist Dominica.

The Prime Minister stated:

“The academic and professional credentials of Mrs. Madueke were impeccable. She had been a senior government minister since 2007, having served also as Minister of Transport and Minister of Mines and Steel Development. Additionally, she served as an Executive Official and Director of Shell Petroleum Development Company in Nigeria.

In my Budget Address to the people of Dominica two years ago, I outlined the intention and policy of my Government to recruit persons of experience, influence and integrity to serve and represent Dominica in various capacities abroad. As a small nation with very limited resources, we do not have the capacity to establish consular or other offices in many regions of the world. In this case, who better to speak for and on behalf of Dominica in parts of the African continent than a former President of OPEC and former Chairman of the West African Gas Pipeline Authority...READ MORE: https://www.e-nigeriang.com/diezani-madueke-diplomatic-passport-dominican-republic-appointment-is-false/

CelebritiesWife Defends Lancelot Imasuen On Attempted Rape Allegation | E-nigeria! by eNIGERIANG(op): 5:04pm On Jun 07, 2020
Mrs. Aimua Lancelot Imasuen, wife of movie maker and director, Lancelot Oduwa Imasuen who was recently enmeshed in an attempted rape saga has made a case for her husband.

In the wake of the rising Nollywood actress, Sylvia Oluchi’s accusation which e-nigeria! reported READ IT HERE, a few days back, Mrs Imasuen wrote: “"Bent Arrows was my Husband's first Film after we got married 13 years ago and I was with him during the Auditioning where you were openly picked by the casting panel led by my Husband and other panelists at a Hotel in Durumi, Abuja.

I was also present during the filming to the last day when my birthday/cast party was celebrated."
"Sylvia Oluchi be rest assured that your desperate attempt to solicit and recruit other females to also allege same thing against my Husband, in support of your allegation, I have them.

When the chips are down you will understand in full what I mean."

"Sylvia, stop losing sleep whether I was on that set or not, remember the scene shot at Mrs. Isang’s house?

We had a little prayer meeting and I specifically made a prayer request with one of the major cast in attendance and to the Glory of God it has long been answered."

"If your issue is with how long I was there, were you filming in My Husband's hotel room? or were you on set to monitor a newly wedded Woman's movement?"

[img][/img]"In all of this, you and your cohorts can be rest assured that I stand firmly with my Husband."

"I am a Mother of Four Girls, A practicing Accountant, if any of my bosses ever molested me I would never go back to them to ask them for favours of any kind talk more of being cordial with them over a period of 13 Years....dear Sylvia please be guided".

"To everyone standing and running with Sylvia well-done. You are all entitled to your opinions but remember just as much as a girl child needs a lot of protection so does the Boy Child. When all the concentration is on the girl child is there a third gender for the girl to associate with? no wonder there are so many broken homes, no wonder there are so many damaged men roaming the World."

"My Husband has built an enviable brand for the last 25 Years through sweat and blood, and we will not watch anybody tarnish our reputation. Remember he who comes to equity must come with clean hands. Finally, this narrative remains open ended."

You probably have a valid point there though
PoliticsDiplomatic Passport Shields Diezani From Interpol, EFCC Arrest | E-nigeria! by eNIGERIANG(op): 2:53pm On Jun 07, 2020
Amid the multi-billion dollar corruption allegation hanging around her neck and yet unaddressed, former Minister of Petroleum, Diezani Allison Madueke has gone a step further to frustrate plans by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission –EFCC to extradite her for proper investigation in Nigeria, e-nigeria! has learned.

Wanted by the EFCC over her involvement in N23billion bribery scam as well as another N47.2 billion; $487.5 million; N23,446,300,000 and $5million in multiple Nigerian banks, the list of stolen funds directly or indirectly involving the ex-minister is numerous to recount.

Although the EFCC has been able to secure forfeiture of her billion naira properties scattered around expensive neighbourhoods in Lagos Nigeria, among which is her Banana Island property valued at over $37 million; the entire efforts amount to nothing should plans of extradition continue to suffer set back, sources inside the EFCC informed www.e-nigeriang.com
Although the EFCC is relentless in the pursuit for Diezani’s extradition, the former Minister outsmarted them by not only securing a Dominican citizenship and diplomatic passport but stooping as low as lobbying for a political appointment without pay.

To buttress the above claim, an appointment letter issued by The Prime Minister to Diezani upon her appointment reads “I am pleased to confirm your appointment as Trade and Investment Commissioner for the Commonwealth of Dominica.

“Please note that this posting does not attract a remunerative package. In that respect, I am particularly encouraged by your willingness to serve.

“The appointment of a Trade and Investment Commissioner is consistent with my Government’s declared intention to have a permanent and active presence in the global business and financial sector operations. CrimeODUMEJE: Arondizuogu People Clip Wings Of The "Liquid Metal | E-nigeria! by eNIGERIANG(op): 2:47pm On Jun 06, 2020
NNEAMAKA UCHENDU narrated in details how a high powered delegation of wealthy and influential sons of Arondizuogu gagged the garrulous Onitsha prophet yesterday, June 6 at Anambra State CID Headquarters in Awka.
According to the narrative, Odumeje trembled upon sighting the delegation dispatched from Arondizuogu that it took his lawyer to convince him to alight from his car when time came for the matter to be tabled before Deputy Commissioner of Police in charge of the case.
e-nigeria! Published an article referencing the petition against the self-styled ‘Indabosky’ READ HERE among which are Malicious Broadcasts, Hate Speech, Incitement and Highly Offensive and Provocative Conduct Leading to Imminent Breach of Peace.
The above allegations were leveled against him by Arondizuogu people who found Odumeje’s remarks against them uncomplimentary and vowed to discipline him accordingly.
Read the full account below what transpired in Awka and how Odumeje was eventually detained by the Police…
He is currently wanted in connection with multiple petitions against him, ranging from, Malicious Broadcasts, Hate Speech, Incitement and Highly Offensive and Provocative Conduct Leading to Imminent Breach of Peace.

On June 4, 2020, we kept the appointment at the Anambra State CID Headquaters, Awka to attend the interview scheduled for us as petitioners and Prophet Chukwuemeka Ohanaemere alias Odumeje as suspect. It was a fearsome confrontation that will not be forgotten in a hurry by anyone present at the location. It became obvious to all and sundry who was the Lion and who was the sneaky cat. It’s a long story but I will only give the outlines.

We arrived Awka at about 12.20pm in a six-vehicle convoy with a strong squad of twenty one (21) fearless men ready for action.
The men in the squad were as follows:
Barr. Mike Ojiako
Barr. Uche Ohia, Ph.D
Barr. Ike Nwankwo
Chief Iyke Kanu (Ozone)
Mazi Uchenna Ukpabia (Power House)
Mazi Ugochukwu Azubuike (Ebube Izuogu)
Mazi Omo Azubuike (Omo Pericoma)
Mazi Johnbosco Azubuike (Fenfe Pericomo)
Ogadi Uto
Udoka Obiagwu (Swagger)
Buike Chukwu
Mazi Ezuma (Upstairs)
Odumegwu Okoli
Chukwumere Igwegbe
Ejike Igboeri
Mazi Joe Nwafor (Ochiaghaoma)
Ugoo Ohuegbe
Daniel Ukwu
Martin Ndumanya (Nigger)
Chief Obioha Nwosu and
Ike Adolphus
Another team of Arondizuogu boys that wanted to join us from Onitsha with the sole target of attacking the suspects were stopped from coming.
On arrival, we met with the IPO DSP Lucky and with the OC, CSP Mark who confirmed that we brought with us a flat screen TV and a DVD player as requested. We also came with a laptop just in case.
We learnt that Odumeje’s advance team had arrived and he was being expected. We saw of his men who we had seen in some of his videos hanging around.
We took positions in all directions and waited. The entrance gate was covered with video.
Soon Odumeje arrived. He was escorted by an army patrol van which turned round and parked outside as soon as his car pulled up at the gate.
As his car drove in we marked him and the few men with him closely while waiting for the Deputy Commissioner of Police to clear his office to receive us.
Outnumbered, he was forced to sit in his car for close to 20 minutes.
When we were invited in, he ventured out of his car fearfully with one of his lawyers guarding him protectively.
As our men who had defied the “No Phones” policy of the state CID took photos of Odumeje, one of his stooges wearing a red cap challenged us and we nearly ate him raw. Omo Pericomo, Power House and a few of our men advanced towards him with red eyes and he quickly retreated towards the OC’s office. By then we had all switched to attack mode.
We insisted that Odumeje’s people must be relieved of their phones because they are notorious social media filmmakers. We pointed out the red cap fool who accused us of filming Odumeje was the same man that filmed the DCP’s office with Odumeje on Tuesday. We raised dust angrily and the man ran into the Oc’s office for protection.
Meanwhile, Odumeje was shaking visibly and his lawyers were running helter skelter as the policemen attached to the DCP appealed to us to calm down. We ensured that he did not have sitting space.
Shortly, it was time for the interview. Being large in number, all of us could not go in. Four (4) men were chosen from Odumeje’s side and four (4) men were chosen from our side.
FROM OUR SIDE:

Barr. Mike Ojiako
Barr. Uche Ohia, Ph.D
Barr. Ike Nwankwo
Mazi Ugochukwu Azubuike
FROM ODUMEJE’S SIDE:

Odumeje
His lawyer, Prof. Barr. M. N. Umenweke from Umuchu
His second lawyer
Mr. Chukwuemeka Ikegwuonu (the fake red cap chief) who we had intimidated earlier. He did not join his team but remained in hiding, so Odumeje had only the two lawyers with him while we were four in number.
The DCP addressed us. He said the interview was a fact-finding exercise to enable the police conclude the investigation and appealed to us not to fight in his office.
We introduced ourselves. Seeing three lawyers in our team the DCP exclaimed. We told him that we came with 7 lawyers and 4 are outside. Without delay, we restated our case against Odumeje and told the DCP that the anger in Arondizuogu over Odumeje’s malicious and defamatory videos against Arondizuogu and Pericomo/Pericomo’s family is so intense that the case of Aguleri and Umuleri will be a child’s play if care is not taken in this case. We reiterated that our petition is to avert breach of peace and bloodshed but that even after our petition, Odumeje has continued to make highly offensive and provocative videos daring us to do our worst and that the danger of breach of peace is till high. Pericomo’s son, Ugochukwu (Ebube Izuogu) made an emotional speech indicating that he never heard of, met or quarrelled with Odumeje and cannot understand why he choose to defame and destroy the reputation of his family.
Odumeje’s lawyers spoke for him and both were talking about peace and reconciliation with references to the apology released by Odumeje but we insisted that Odumeje should speak for himself. The DCP agreed. In poor English, Odumeje began to talk about God and forgiveness and love and reconciliation but the DCP told him that peace is desirable but that the police needed to confirm the allegations in the petition first before going any further.
Four out of eight videos which we submitted as exhibits were played on DVD and everyone saw Odumeje engaging in hate speeches, mudslinging, defamation against Pericomo and his family. He was also seen challenging Arondizuogu to show him one rich/strong man that they have – clearly challenging a peaceful community to a duel without provocation.
The videos were interpreted in English to the DCP. He was shocked. Odumeje’s lawyers also appeared surprised and embarrassed with one of them saying he was seeing the videos for the first time.
When Odumeje was requested to respond to the content of the videos which he had denied in his statement, he began to ramble again about how he loved Arondizuogu and about peace and love. His lawyers joined him to talk about reconciliation and peace again.
We reminded Odumeje that we heard him say in one of his videos that he is not a man of peace, that he is *the war* and that we are surprised that he is preaching peace. We informed him that we are descendants of fearless ancestors and that we are ready for war if that is what he wants.
We told Odumeje and his lawyers that Arondizuogu rejects in totality the so-called written apology released by Odumeje to which they kept referring and advised them that a defamation made on video can only be retracted via video but even at that, that our mandate from Arondizuogu is not to negotiate peace but to ensure that police investigation is concluded for further legal action.
We complained bitterly to the DCP about the non-arrest of Odumeje’s co-conspirators who are visible in the offensive videos one of whom we saw earlier wearing a red cap and walking up and down freely in the CID premises – the same man that has been making videos and instigating Odumeje to ride on with his acts of criminal defamation.
The DCP was perplexed and ordered that the man be brought to his office immediately. The man was matched into the office wearing a red cap and beads on his right hand. When the DCP asked him “Are you a chief?” and he said “No”, the DCP was furious. “You are not a chief and you are wearing a red cap? Remove that cap! You must be an area boy! Yes! I was a DPO in Lagos for 13 years. You are a typical area boy.” The man tried to speak but Odumeje’s lawyers told him to shut up. The DCP ordered the IPO to take him away, take his statement and lock him up. (We later found out that the fake red cap chief is Mr. Chukwuemeka Ikegwuonu, a jobless man from Alor and one of Odumeje’s praise singers.
The DCP thanked us for coming and announced that the final interview will be held with the CP and that we shall be given advance notice of the date. He appealed to us to calm our men outside so that Odumeje’s people can leave without incident. We assured him that we came in peace and shall leave in peace provided none of Odumeje’s men provokes us.
The DCP told Odumeje’s lawyers that Odumeje cannot leave because his statement is at variance with the disclosures at the interview. In layman’s language, he meant that Odumeje lied to the police and he was being rearrested.
Both Odumeje and his fake red cap chief will need sureties to bail them if the police decide to grant them bail and that will depend on if the police are convinced that they will not interfere with investigations.
It was a great day for Arondizuogu. We arrived with our heads held high and left with our shoulders held higher. All the men in our formidable squad were gallant, fearless and ready for combat even inside the State CID headquarters. The lead lawyer, Barr. Mike Ojiako who is from Urualla was amazed. He said he had never seen such boldness and patriotism, no wonder people say that *Izuogu na anyi ajo aru.*
We left the CID Hqtrs and retired to a restaurant for lunch. Power House (Mazi Uchenna Ukpabia) graciously picked the bills for our lunch and it was no small bill. We are grateful to him and to all the gladiators who came prepared to pay the ultimate prize for the defense of the integrity of our beloved homeland because *anything* could have happened at Awka yesterday.
We thank the group Coordinator, Ogbuehi Obi Tiger Okpuruisi (Mbanabaragu) who kept calling to inspire and motivate us and who, to our amazement, raised a fierce back-up team ready to rush to our rescue from Onitsha in case of emergency. That was very thoughtful and reassuring.
The legal team ordered a discreet recording devise but it arrived via waybill from Enugu as we were leaving the DCP’s office.
It will come in handy in the days ahead. The only thing we have are bits and pieces of videos and photos by members of the squad.

Further to the notice served in the last update, the Legal Team has come to the end of the race today and we are ready to hand over the case file to the next Legal Team to continue from where we stopped.
God bless Arondizuogu and thanks for the opportunity to serve in the battle to uphold our heritage.

Nairaland GeneralHow NIRSAL MD, Aliyu Abdulhameed Is Covering Up Multi-billion Naira Fraud by eNIGERIANG(op): 10:51pm On Jun 05, 2020
Aliyu Abdulhameed, the Managing Director of Nigeria Incentive-based Risk Sharing System for Agricultural Lending – NIRSAL is currently swimming in a series of multi-billion naira fraud rocking the agency and in a frantic bid to successfully cover up his tracks he has dismissed in quick succession senior staffers of the organization who are aware of the ongoing shenanigans.

For instance, just a few days ago, Aliyu Abdulhameed, summarily “dismissed” the organisation’s Acting Head of Internal Audit, Olalekan Olusanya for discharging his duties.
As Head of Internal Audit, Olusanya reportedly unearthed several financial scandals, which he communicated to the MD and other heads of units.

However, rather than take action, the MD instructed him to drop the reports.

On November 4, 2019, the Board Audit Committee, which is a high powered delegation of the CBN headed by Mr Edward L. Adamu, deputy governor of CBN Corporate Services, held a meeting with Olusanya and his team of auditors.

Shortly before the meeting with the CBN deputy governor, Aliyu ordered Olusanya to strike out details of fraud from his report.

Uncomfortable with the instruction, Olusanya craftily sent the fraud related documents from his official email to his personal email in order to retain the evidence to himself for the sake of future defense if the need arises.
In December 2019, the Nigerian Senate received a petition from concerned Nigerians indicting the MD of fraud, corruption, money laundering and related cases.

However, Aliyu believed that the petition against him was instigated by Olusanya, who had access to the company’s financial transactions and had discovered many nefarious activities going on

Insiders in NIRSAL informed SaharaReporters that Aliyu is on a viscous witch-hunt of perceived enemies within the agency.

On December 11, 2019, Aliyu ordered a query to be issued on Olusanya, asking him to explain why he breached the email policy of the company by sending official documents to himself.

Afterwards, Olusanya’s official laptop and phone were seized from him.On January 6, 2020, Olusanya was redeployed from Internal Audit to Agricultural Extension and Field Services Unit.

Even though he resumes work by 8:00am and closes at 5:00pm, his official laptop and phone which were seized were not returned while his official email was suspended.

He was being paid salaries but not assigned any job or given any job description, an effort to make him redundant so as to subject him to psychological trauma.

On April 30, 2020, Olusanya resigned from NIRSAL following several traumatic situations.

His resignation was officially received at the head office of NIRSAL on May 13, 2020, having paid a month’s salary in lieu of resignation and having dropped all official documents in his custody. Nairaland GeneralFamily Battle Majek Fashek ’s Manager, Uzoma Over Embezzlement | E-nigeria! by eNIGERIANG(op): 10:41pm On Jun 05, 2020
Its barely 48 hours since the death of reggae music legend, Majekodunmi Fasheke – Majek Fashek and his family are already battling his manager of 7 years, Uzoma Omenka over allegation of embezzlement of funds.

Inside sources disclosed to e-NIGERIA! that prior to Majek’s death, his family members have been at loggerheads with Uzor over allegations of embezzlement and misappropriation of funds and donations made by individuals to foot the reggae legend’s medical bills while in England.

“There was no transparency on the part of Uzor who received donations on behalf of Majek; he has some clarifications to make. For instance, monies raised from all the donations by some Nigerians including Femi Otedola where not accounted for”.
“When we queried, he claimed Otedola made payments directly to the hospital’s account which we know is false. Again, we have it on good authority that Uzor is also in possession of monies realized from several other donations while Majek was unconscious in the hospital and till now he has refused to account for any of it”, the anonymous family source divulged.

Uzor in an interview with a Nigerian newspaper in 2019 admitted being under fire with Majek Fashek’s family who allegedly accused him of embezzlement. He said, “I have been solely responsible for Majek’s upkeep in the last five years, so where were these family members when he was facing tribulations? Immediately they read on Premium Times that Mr Otedola had promised to foot Majek’s bills, they rushed to the hospital accusing me of ‘eating’ the money. Unknown to them, Otedola paid directly into the hospital’s account and not to me.

“I sent him an invoice and the monies were sent to the hospital directly. They weren’t convinced...READ MORE: https://www.e-nigeriang.com/family-battle-majek-fashek-s-manager-uzoma-over-embezzlement/

Nairaland General55 Year-old Sugar Mummy Murdered By Younger Lover | E-nigeriang.com by eNIGERIANG(op): 10:30pm On Jun 05, 2020

– Exhume remains of the deceased for forensic examination
Police operatives attached to the Intelligence Response Team IRT of the Nigeria Police Force have arrested three suspects namely; Johnson Emmanuel – 38yrs, Gideon Emmanuel – 31yrs and Success Emmanuel – 27yrs for the kidnap and gruesome murder of one Mrs. Janet Nnenna Ogbonnaya on 14th May, 2020. The suspects, born by same parents, all male and native of Isiekenesi, Ideato LGA of Imo State were arrested by the Police in their home town where they had taken refuge after committing the crime in Abuja, in order to evade police arrest.

Investigations that led to the arrest of the suspects is sequel to complaints received from one Chinedu Ogbonnaya who alleged that his mother, Mrs Janet Nnenna Ogbonnaya, 55yrs, native of Ozuitem in Bende LGA of Abia State had been kidnapped and a 5-Million naira ransom demanded before she could be released. A comprehensive and painstaking investigation by the police operatives resulted in the arrest of the three (3) suspects, whom, in the course of interrogation, revealed that the victim had long been murdered and buried. Further findings revealed that the victim, a widow, who had been a Facebook friend of the principal suspect – Johnson Emmanuel, was lured from her home in Gwagwalada to visit the suspect. The suspect thereafter took advantage of the visit, served her yoghurt laced with drugs and subsequently had her murdered. The suspect having killed the victim and buried her remains in a septic tank, went ahead to reach out to the family of the victim using her phone and demanded 5-Million naira ransom as pre-condition for her release.

Investigations also revealed that the house where the deceased was killed and buried originally belonged to one of the suspects but was hurriedly sold-off to a third party apparently to obliterate evidence.
The Inspector-General of Police, IGP M.A Adamu, NPM, mni, while commending the operatives of IRT for a job well done, reassures that perpetrators of any form of crimes in the country will not go undetected and unpunished. He however enjoins citizens to be more security conscious and report any suspicious activities within their neighbourhood to the nearest police station”.

Alex Otti, a former chieftain of the All Progressives Grand Alliance – APGA in Abia state has just dumped his party and jump ship to the ruling All Progressives Party –APC, www.e-nigeriang.com has just learned.

Alex Otti, a former Managing Director of the defunct Diamond Bank Plc and top contender with incumbent, Okezie Ikpeazu at the last governorship election in Abia State reportedly arrived at the decision to move to the ruling APC after multiple attempts at the polls to become governor of Abia State failed.

Although the 55 year-old Otti is yet to make a formal statement, but e-NIGERIA! gathered that as momentum begins to gather towards 2023 gubernatorial election, Otti is currently consulting and gathering grassroots momentum in Abia State.

It would be recalled that APGA had in January reiterated why it suspended Alex Otti. In a statement released by the party, it said, “ Otti never consulted or informed the leadership of APGA in the state on his petition, challenging the reelection of Governor Okezie Ikpeazu of the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) in the March 9th 2019 poll for a second term.

Nairaland GeneralVIDEO: Kano State Govt. Deliberately Compromising The Health Of Its People by eNIGERIANG(op): 1:42pm On Jun 05, 2020
To watch the video to this story click this link: https://www.e-nigeriang.com/video-kano-state-govt-deliberately-compromising-the-health-of-its-people/
Kano State Nigeria: As Nigeria continues to battle the COVID-19 pandemic with all the rising numbers, Kano State Nigeria appears to be determined to keep mounting the numbers and complicating the already complicated healthcare challenges of Nigeria.

READ ALSO: 11-year-old boy kidnapped in Kano state, found after 5 years, in Anambra State

A few days ago, it was discovered that a fertilizer company owned by Kano State was manually mixing the dangerous chemicals used to make fertilizer thereby exposing the workers to serious health risks. It was also discovered that most the dangerous chemical used for fertilizer production are allowed for use by the factory workers in this factory and such was capable of being used for many dangerous purposes.

In Nigeria, adulterating fertilizer is a punishable offence, according to the National Fertilizer Quality Control Act of 2019, and the terms of imprisonment ranges from 6 months of 2 years with options of fine ranging from N1 million to N2 million.

How a state government company will be involved in adulterating a product it is selling to its citizens is difficult to understand, especially knowing that if mixed wrongly, fertilizer can destroy the soil, destroy crops and lead to famine.

It is also known that manual handling of fertilizer blending may provide access to unauthorized people to some raw materials such as Urea ammonium nitrate that could be used for illegal purposes. In these days of insecurity in the north west, a state government should know better.

Urea ammonium nitrate (UAN), anhydrous ammonia, ammonium nitrate, diammonium phosphate (DAP), ammonium sulfate, monoammonium phosphate (MAP), and muriate of potash are ingredients commonly found in commercially blended fertilizers.

According to Wikipedia, Urea nitrate is a fertilizer-based high explosive that has been used in improvised explosive devices in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iraq, and various other terrorist acts elsewhere in the world, including the 1993 World Trade Center bombings. This is why the Federal Government, through the national Sovereign Wealth Authority, has exercised control of the chemicals to ensure they do not end up in the wrong hands.

So how would a governor that is battling COVID-19 also have a state-owned company adulterating fertilizer, thereby exposing his people to health risks? How can Kano explain to the world why they are allowing unauthorized people access to the dangerous chemicals used to make fertilizers, knowing the possibilities it could be used for?

The answer is in the wind.
