You need to train doctors and nurses who are specialists in dealing with rape cases. It is not for every doctor and nurse to work in. It is a Forensic procedure and requires specialist training in that. I have worked in this area in UK and I know how important it is to engaged specialist doctors in this area for better outcomes for the victims and the legal system.
