Well is it bad as I asked what I don’t understand please?and if you read properly where I said I will apply visit and will still make it known to the VO pull it out too that I would attending my cousin graduation ceremony too so no big deal.

With the situation of getting appointments, when is this ceremony holding?
No available dates till 2023. Attending a graduation ceremony doesn't fall under emergency appointments.

Also, the embassy doesn't require or actually read invitation letters. Maybe 0.5% of instances

Okay even they ain’t going to read the letter I will still have it with me irrespective of anything and like I said I will apply on visit and still will mention it that I would be using the opportunity to attend her graduation Ceremony which will be holding by May 11th and 12th of 2022,well as for no appointments till 2023,we can’t say and don’t know what next year will hold I have faith things will go fine before then or better still find a way of getting appointment then.

1. This is your "cousin's sister" (isn't that your cousin too), your chances of getting the visa are slim to none.
2. The school will not send you a personal invitation.
3. The embassy is not interested in an invitation letter from your school or "cousin's sister". They will not read them.

I don’t understand what you mean by “cousin sister”(Isn’t that that your cousin)
And the school already draft the letter and she send it to me this morning irrespective of it all I will still give it a try and still let them know my intentions is to visit and will be using the opportunity to attend her graduation ceremony

I know this isn't directed at me:

1. for your ds160, i don't think you need to go with the old and new, the VO will work with the latest ds160 number you input in your profile on the CGI site (where you scheduled your interview). make sure the needed changes are on the new one. bear in mind you can only attend the interview with one ds160 form
2. I believe since you have a Schengen visa you can also state the countries you visited and if the VO asks why no stamps, you can tell her/her you travelled via bus hence you weren't stamped. Obviously, you Schengen visa will be visible for the VO to see.

Good morning house my cousin sister she’s graduating as a pharmacist and she will like me to be part of Graduation ceremony and she’s having intention of telling the school to write me invitation and which they agree to and I just want to ask what’s the chance of getting visa and when the school write me and invite do they need to send one to the embassy too or not?

And did she need to write a personal invitation too or not needed

Why would you do something like that??! Adding visa refusal letters of other countries to your application??! You’re just going to give the ECO more reasons to deny you. Just put it in your application form. In fact, you can leave the France denial information in your application form since it’s an EU country and it’s close to the UK but there’s no honestly no need to put Canada denial information. You’re just going to make things worse.

I want to ask this,what about USA denial can someone input that too or not needed,cos I think I saw where they ask questions if you have been denied any country visa before?

I have answered this question thrice.

Bello is not the issue as it is not your daughters name but her mum,s.The one which they both bear Soaga should not be a problem since it is in the second marriage certificate and birth certificate.

The Embassy is not out to get anyone but to ascertain your submissions are true.

I fail to see the issue because your mum has all three names on her passport.When travelling with your sister a copy of her original birth certificate would show she is a Soaga.
To cover all basis a mention in additional information of the situation would suffice and copies of both marriage certificates.This is not an affidavit issue.

Thanks so much for you quick response to my message, but the first marriage there nothing of such proper marriage done and no certificate ,just from the second marriage was only proper things got done and there’s marriage certificate and can she use her marriage certificate from the second marriage which Carries only yemisi soaga while her name on passport is yemisi bello soaga with out no issue and please can you enlighten me more on what to do about this more so as to get a positive out come for her visa. Good evening house I need your assistance,my mom she want to apply for a Uk visa and she is married and in her marriage certificate she has yemisi soaga but in her passport she has Yemisi Bello soaga,the problem is her previous husband which the reason she did that is cos of us( Me and my younger brother from same father Bello ,but my younger brother is Uk at the moment actually) and from the new marriage she got a baby girl which is 11yrs which she’s the reason why my mom is using her new husband surname is soaga why she has in her passport as yemisi Bello soaga,so I am confused and want to ask how can she go about this and she will be going with my kid step sister and her passport name carries Moturayo soaga
I am think can she explain this in a cover letter and do an affidavit about those names in her passport and she will be retiring by ending of this month too please I need you positive answers to this am just confused about it all, thanks house in waiting for you all response
