Causes of Inferiority Complex
Sometimes, inferiority complex can be as a result of strict parenting, peer pressure, or bullying from class/schoolmates.
Strict parenting can cause a child to feel like they can never be better than what they are. Some parents make their children believe that they are failures and this is something they carry with them for the rest of their lives.

- Social withdrawal
- Sensitivity to criticism
- Always craving for attention
- Perceiving other people as a threat
- Trying desperately to fit in and to please others
- Feeling less than others
- Always procrastinating

Tips to Overcome Inferiority Complex

Think positive
This may sound very easy, but it is very challenging for someone who has inferiority complex. Someone who thinks poorly about oneself may find it hard to think in a positive way, but, like a dose of injection is given at regular intervals for someone who is unwell, so is a regular dose of positive thinking required for someone who has an inferiority complex.



Form positive relationships
Avoid people who tend to bring you down at any opportunity they get. Build relationships with positive minds, people that builds your strength and that can help you become a better version of you.



Acceptance
Overcoming inferiority complex begins with accepting your situation as it is. That doesn't mean you should continue being inferior. Acceptance marks the beginning of change, that will slowly help eliminate the problem. Acceptance also involves accepting that you are a unique individual.

We all know that the next step to take is to see your dentist, but until you can see your dentist these home remedies can give short-term relief.
Here are some home remedies that we can use to ease tooth ache

Onion Juice
Take one small onion and grate/ blend it after that is done put the grated onion and the juice in the affected area and hold it for 8 minutes afterwards spit it out.


Salt Water
Boil a little amount of water, the water should be warm, pour it into a cup add your salt and then swish the water around the mouth for 30 seconds before spitting it out. This helps in reducing swelling.


Garlic
Garlic contains a compound called allicin, which has antibacterial properties.
Place chopped bits of garlic on the affected tooth and leave for a few minutes. You can also add salt to the chopped garlic and apply on the affected area.


Ice
Ice packs can help ease dental pain, especially if it leads to swollen gum.
Put some ice in the ice pack and hold the it on your cheek, (make sure its on the affected area) for a few minutes or until the area becomes numb.


Peppermint tea
Put dried peppermint leaves in a cup of boiling water. Allow it to cool, swish around the mouth you can either spit it out or swallow it.
You can also use a warm wet tea bag and also peppermint oil on a cotton ball and place it on the affected tooth.


Some painkillers like Ibuprofen can be used as one of the remedies.

The best way to take care of your teeth is to

-Brush twice a day (morning and night)
-Rinse your mouth after each meal; you can use mouth wash for rinsing your mouth or warm water.
-Cut down on sugary food
-Go for regular dental checkups.

When you care for your teeth properly you wont have any dental problems.

Yearner Position
People that sleep in this position sleep on their side with both arms out in front. Research shows that people who sleep in this position have a low tendency of waking up in the middle of the night. It reduces heartburn and the risk of developing disorders.

Personality: They have an open nature, they are slow to make up their minds, but once they take a decision, they are unlikely ever to change it.

Soldier Position
Reduces the proper flow of blood and puts pressure on the nerves, that eventually leads to pain in the shoulders and arms.

Personality: They are reserved and quiet. They also have high standards for themselves and others.

Free fall Position
Many sleep on their stomachs because they find it comfortable. This position is known to be associated with neck and shoulder pain. Some benefits of stomach sleeping are being able to breathe better and it helps digestion. This position should only be used, however, when you're sleeping directly on a mattress.

Personality: They are sociable and brash people, but can be nervy and thin-skinned underneath, and don't like criticism, or extreme situations.

Starfish Position
In this position, a person lies on their back with their arms up on both sides of their head. This position creates strain in the lower back and hips. It also reduces the openness of the airway, which impacts breathing quality and can lead to restless sleep.

Personality: Starfish sleepers are described as good friends and great listeners. They love to help and generally do not like attention.

How to Use
-Mix apple cider vinegar with water, if you have a sensitive skin, use more water.
-Use cotton ball to apply the mixture on your face.
-Let sit for 5–20 seconds, rinse with water
-You can do this 1–2 times per day.
Note that when you apply apple cider vinegar to your skin it causes burns and irritation, so it should always be used in little quantity and diluted with water.

Exfoliate Regularly
Exfoliation is the removing of dead skin cells. It can be achieved by the use of scrub to physically remove the cells.
Exfoliation is believed to improve acne by removing the skin cells that clog up pores it also helps to make acne treatments more effective by allowing them to penetrate deeper, once the topmost layer of skin is removed.
There are different types of exfoliation products available in stores and online, but since we are using home remedies, here are some homemade scrubs you should try.


Homemade Scrubs

Tomato and Sugar
Sugar is rich in alpha hydroxy acids (or AHAs) which have a renewing effect on the skin. Together with tomato, it helps to exfoliate the outer dead layer of the skin, revealing the inner smoother layer.


How to Use
-Dip your slice of tomato in sugar
-Rub in circular motion all over your face- your cheeks, chin, forehead, nose and neck.
-Let it sit for 10-15 minutes, and then rinse with warm water.
-Use once a week.

Sugar and Coconut Oil
-Mix sugar and coconut oil together. You can also use salt in place of sugar
-Scrub skin with mixture and rinse well.

Exfoliate as often as you want, you can also do this once daily.
Always remember that a beautiful skin requires commitment and not a miracle.

Many people drink green tea, but it is of great help when applied directly on the skin. Green tea contains flavonoids and tannins, which are known to help fight inflammation and bacteria that may cause pimples.

How to Use
Put your green tea in boiling water for 4 minutes
Allow tea to cool
Use cotton ball to apply the green tea on your face
Leave for 15 minutes or overnight
Rinse with clean water
