A woman was whipped on stage for having sex outside marriage in Indonesia – to the delight of many spectators watching in the crowd.

These horrifying photos show an Indonesian woman dressed in a white veil, kneeling on stage while being whipped by a masked official.

A crowd gathered to witness the barbaric punishment that took place in the city of Banda Aceh, in Indonesia’s Aceh province – where women are subject to strict local laws.

Public whippings such as these are common for crimes including gambling, drinking alcohol, having homosexual sex and having sex before marriage.

A young boy was stabbed to death by his colleague after a clash in Jalingo, the state capital of Taraba.
According to reports, the suspect (pictured with a cutlass) allegedly stabbed his colleague in the chest in broad daylight after a heated disagreement between them.
The young boy was said to have died on the spot before he was rushed to the hospital.
According to information gathered online, some reports claim the suspected killer is currently on the run while others say he has has been apprehended and will be charged to court as soon as investigations are concluded.

Two suspected thieves who stole from a native doctor and thought no one had seen them, got more than they bargained for after they were caught by an angry mob.
The native doctor identified as Thandabangoma Myeza (42) was peeping through the window and watching as the thieves fled. He immediately did some incantations asking the ancestors to bust the suspects.
Within minutes the thugs were caught and mobbed by vigilant community members. The thugs were saved by cops and taken to hospital, where they’re fighting for their lives.
The happy native doctor from Spooktown in Bekkersdal, South Africa, said he was grateful to the ancestors. He said he was able to recover all the items the thugs had stolen from his shack, as well as an exhaust pipe that had been removed from his car.
Thandabangoma said he was in bed when the thugs broke into his yard. “I woke up and peeped through the window. I saw two men running away,” he said. “I didn’t want to chase them but went to my indumba to burn the madubula and other muthi.”
Thandabangoma said within seconds he got answers. “Thugs shouldn’t steal from sangomas (native doctors) because they’re inviting bad luck.
“Look at these thugs. They’re in hospital now and in pain and will soon be in jail,” said Myeza. Residents said they were tired of being harassed by thugs. Bekkersdal police spokeswoman Sergeant Linki Lefakane told Daily Sun a case of theft and possession of stolen property was opened.
She said two suspects, aged 18 and 30, were admitted to Leratong Hospital. But Lefakane urged communities to stop taking the law into their own hands.

The commitment of President Muhammadu Buhari to fight human rights abuses has been praised by the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS)
– In it commendation, the association urged the president to increase the tempo on security in the country
– It further urged the presidency to do its utmost in overcoming the menace of armed herdsmen in the country
The National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) has applauded President Muhammadu Buhari’s commitment to human rights and investigation of human rights abuses in the country.
NANS national public relations officer, Bestman Okereafor, gave the commendation in a statement on Tuesday, May 1, in Enugu.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reported that the commendation was a fall out of Buhari’s strong comment against human rights abuses and explanation on how far his administration had embarked on investigation of human rights abuses during his interaction with President Donald Trump of United States.
The students’ association, through Okereafor urged the presidency and security agencies to ensure freedom from oppression, equity and social justice for all Nigerians regardless of religion and tribe.
Okereafor said: “NANS appreciates President Muhammadu Buhari’s commitment to the principles of human rights as well as the promotion and protection of people’s freedom, even in the process of fighting terror, as stated recently during a meeting with US President Donald Trump in the White House.
“President Buhari’s commitment to ensuring that all documented cases of human rights abuses are investigated and those responsible for violations held accountable for their actions is laudable.’’He, however, call on security agents to intensify efforts aimed at tackling insurgency and armed herdsmen, who had been terrorising and wreaking havoc in some parts of the country.
Meanwhile, NAIJ.com reported that a joint session of the National Youths Council of Nigeria (NYCN) as well as the NANS had called on the president to urgently sign the Nigerian Peace Corps bill into law.
Both groups came together to make this demand about two weeks after the bill was submitted to the president for assent.

A policewoman has landed in trouble and is said to be facing jail time for allegedly having sex with a 13-year-old boy while working as a teaching assistant. Maria Velez, 25, was said to have had sex multiple times with the underage pupil for almost a year.




But the wannabe FBI agent avoided trial in Cleveland, Ohio, US, in a plea deal with prosecutors, yesterday.

The most serious charges of sexual battery were reduced as she pleaded guilty to attempted felonious assault, unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and attempted tampering with evidence.

She could be locked up for up to nine years when Judge Brendan Sheehan sentences her on May 21.

Velez agreed to resign from the police and must register as a sex offender every six months for 25 years.

She became a cop after quitting her job at Clark Elementary School in December, 2015.




The perv cop had a sexual relationship with the student during the previous nine months, said prosecutors.

She was suspended without pay after the scandal broke last September when the boy and his mum went to police.

Velez later called the two and told them to lie to hide the relationship, prosecutor Matthew Meyer told yesterday’s hearing.

She was assigned to patrols in Cleveland’s Fifth District before her arrest. It has not been disclosed where Velez’s trysts with the lad took place.
