Easiest way is bitcoin...the first dude that answered you was spot on.

Now there is easy and there is safe...both might not necessarily be the same.

Safest way would be for you to have a dorm account (an account with a nigerian bank, denominated in the currency you want to receive). Opening one usually involves a minimum opening balance of $100 or its equivalent in said currency. Out of all the options, it is the safest because you can't get scammed, well at least not until you decide to change the money to naira, you have to watch out for some abokis who might be unscrupulous, but you can always ask your bank/account officer for a referral and do the exchange in the bank...

Skrill and Neteller might be the fastest option, once you create an account, paypal, you might not be able to immediately convert the funds to naira.

Bitcoin would be the easiest because setting up an account is a walk in the park, and might actually be the fastest all things being equal.

You quoted rates the bank would bill for using their card, not the rate at which they would credit you if you were to say receive WU or MG...this is what the I think the OP wants to know.

@OP, best rate you can get would be 360/$, if you withdraw to your dorm account then sell to aboki, but there are charges that come with dorm account withdrawals, which is peculiar to each bank. Put a call through to the customer service help desk of your bank and you should get the needed info.

Drlaw and kabonic keep dragging for days while infinitikoncept has ran away.

Please let's be honest with ourselves. Anybody who is scammed on this thread shouldn't be pitied IMHO. What's difficult in running background checking on who you want to trade with? Or maybe people are afraid of verifying who they are about to trade with.

I'll keep saying it: it is greed that is making people get scammed. If someone works very hard before earning his money, he will not be lazy in running background check before dealing with anybody.

Some people will think they are wise. When they are scammed twice, they will know they know no better.

Dude, don't say that...have you ever heard of paypal chargeback? or your payoneer/skrill account being blocked on account of hacked/suspiciously transferred funds?

In all cases, you get the value for what you pay for, and you walk away...then you get charged back, could even be few months down the line...would you call that greed? Scamming is not just: I send you money and your run away with it.

Sure I can, but you'll have to follow it to the letter, as it's a bit techy, which is one of the reasons for doing this remotely. The other reason being to save you data (more on that later).

You'll need a couple of things if you want to go this all by yourself and I'll list them below:

1). Darcy's Blackberry Tool (DBT) any version from version 2.6 preferred or Sachesi...I personally prefer Darcy's, reason being that uninstalling apps via sachesi could sometimes be problematic.

2). A copy of the facebook app, before you did the upgrade (this can simply be extracted from an autoloader, using a combination of winrar, sachesi and/or Darcy's Blackberry Tool)

3). Blackberry USB drivers or Blackberry Link, which would install the USB drivers.

Once you've got those things, fire up Darcys, go to the installer tab, navigate to where you have the FB app extracted, uncheck only install if newer or something similar to that (I'm on the road and not in front of a system right now so do pardon me if I'm not quoting verbatim)

Click on install and wait for it to finish once done, you are done

Now I mentioned earlier about data...if you don't have an autoloader file handy, you'll have to download 1, and that would require about 2GB of data, if not more...

If you still want to go it yourself, here are useful links:
