The attire and the turbaning is not part of Auchi culture, there is a cultural attire for traditional rulers in Auchi land, Turbaning is not an old attire among traditional rulers in Auchi culture as a whole, and only the muslims rulers wears it, which many claims comes from the idea that most people that forms Auchi are from Bauchi in northern nigeria , but the idea of now attaching it to titles is another new development entirely, even at that , the Christian traditional rulers in Auchi doesn't turban at all.. the turbaning and that attire is only common among Islamic traditional rulers ... Even in the north, most Christian traditional rulers doesn't turban....before the coming of turban and religions to nigeria by the foreigners, we have our own attire in Nigeria , let not decieve ourselves, we are not Persian, Indians , Arabians, we are Nigerians, we have our various cultures and traditions ....
