YOUWIN is a scam,no one is supervising them.I know of someone in Akure who won 10m only to open a cyber cafe and employ just a lady.He then went ahead to buy very expensive car.How many people have they employed? Just like SURE-P.

Your post clearly shows that you kmow nothing about youwin, firstly, they have supervisors, secondly, they don't pay the grant all
at once but in batches and each payment must be duely accounted for by the awardee and certified by the monitor. That you know someone that missmanaged d fund makes the program a scam? No matter how wonderful a program is, you cant achieve 100.00% success. There would still be some few failures.
