SUCCESS NEVER GOES ON SALE
Unfortunately, there are no short cuts to success. Success never goes on sale; you must pay the
full price for it or you will not attain success. We (THE MASTERMINDS AND G-LEADERS) PAID THE
FULL PRICE. We collectively refused to give up on our dreams, we became inmates of the same
cause, we refused to bow to the same temptation that has knocked a lot of people out, we
refused a bail out, rather we forged on with unwavering determination to succeed, and became
what we are today.
We started out with Forever Living Products in APRIL 2013. We started off very well, our leader became a
soaring manager within 5 months, a record-breaking feat and the first person to ever do so in the Due to the non-compatibility of the compensation plan to the Nigerian economy, we started
struggling and faced all kinds of challenges. his initial commitment was to run the business for
two full years, non-stop. he did, but at the expiration of two years, which was APRIL 2015, the
business had nosedived so badly because of the inability of the Company’s management to adapt
to the changes in the dwindling economy. the increase in the Naira to Dollar exchange rate was
constantly affecting the price of the Company’s products and the Compensation Plan was so
inappropriate for a third world country that was hitting recession, the monthly
authorship/maintenance ran into hundreds of thousands of naira and people were forced to sell
products to survive. Pleas to the Management to review the compensation plan and be creatively
dynamic so as to revive the business fell on deaf ears.
Despite the challenges, we stayed on instead of quitting the business. We decided to burn the
bridge, and that was when he decided to quit his job at the bank so as to go FULL TIME and FULL
THROTTLE and that was when C21FG was born. The Vision is to raise a group of people who have
Financial freedom, Health freedom and Time freedom. The mission is to provide the system,
support and structure to enable them reach their goals. So, he quit his job in the bank to enable
him have more time to be there for my struggling team mates, so that they can attain financial
freedom.
Left with no other choice, we got an office and decided to go full time, we didn’t have money to
pay for the office space in a Plaza, we offered to pay part payment but were mocked. I looked
straight into the eyes of the Barrister managing the Plaza and told him that we may not have
enough money right now but very soon, we will take over the whole plaza. He looked at me,
laughed hysterically and said “I know you will take over the whole Abuja, but please first of all,
pay complete for this one office space and stop pricing it like it’s tomatoes we are selling’’. Long
story cut short, we paid for that office space and today, three years down the line, we have taken
over the whole Plaza.
Having burnt the bridge, we decided to burn the boat and killed the captain as well. We had no
other choice than to sit down and start developing systems and strategies to make the business
work. We spent quite a lot to make the office look presentable, after which, we had little or no
cash left. Most of us had no cars, some of us were driving cartons that were rather driving us …
nuts! We didn’t even have enough money to pay light bills. We got a small generator (I better
pass my neighbour). At one time, the generator packed up, one of the Masterminds had to bring
his generator from his house for the grind to continue. It was in this office and during this
challenging period, we created and modified most of the basic systems which we now use today.
Towards the end of the year, some remarkable things happened that set the tone for the Launch
of the Own Your Life Campaign. Those events brought about the rude realization that the vehicle
we were using would not bring us to the financial freedom destination we desired and
miraculously, we were led to a new vehicle; after weeks of consultation, prayers, fasting and long
exhaustive investigations to be sure that we don’t make the mistake we made with the firstcompany, we launched the Own Your Life Campaign with the biggest company in Europe as our
sole partner on the 13th of March 2016.
In 2016, we hit the ground running. We ran our business that year from Suite 8 Shalom Plaza, a
38 square meters office with an 11 minutes video with white board, marker and a booklet. There
was no time table, we ran presentations every 30minnutes back to back; the video lasted
11minutes and the close down was done in 10 - 20 minutes and by August 2016, we produced
the Top 15 in the company
2017… YEAR OF THE GRIND; GO HARD OR GO HOME
At the start of 2017, we were about 2,000 members and it was acclaimed …” The Year of the
Grind”, which was tagged Go Hard or G Home and it lived up to its acclamation. We grinded that
year, from January to December, at this time, we acquired two more offices, a bigger one which
was Suite 5 for presentations and Suite 2 The Millionaire School for trainings, and turned Suite 8
to a grinding zone. We had business opportunity meetings consistently in the project office, twice
daily except Easter Sunday and Christmas day. Different teams ran events outside the project
office almost every weekend; footfalls in the project office Abuja that year is estimated to be
about 50,000 people, footfalls in outside events is estimated to be about 20,000 people. We
upped our game as regards trainings, we had trainings every day, sometimes twice a day, to the
extent that the Millionaire School couldn’t contain some team meetings. We Grinded in 2017,
little wonder we produced 60% of the millionaires created by the company that year; we
have Top 14 and Top 5 in our team, and we closed the year with 14,000 members.
2018 … GO PRO! GROW UP OR GO HOME
In 2018, The Blueprint was to GO PROFESSIONAL! ITS EITHER YOU MAKE UP YOUR MIND TO
GROW UP OR YOU GO HOME. GROW UP OR GO HOME! In 2018, we started with 14,000
members and closed the year with 45,000 members, we practically took over the Shalom Plaza,
we acquired the former FORTIS MICROFINANCE BANK office. At the close of the year, we had
over 25 offices in the plaza…
That year, we had over 22 G-leaders, these are people that have made millions and their business
make them millions monthly or at least have that potential and over 20 people bought their cars
in this business. We produced the top 5 highest earners in Abuja and 80% of the top matchers in
Abuja. We did not just take over, we dominated the business space in Abuja and we took a 32
MAN SQUAD to the Philippines. We also produced the Top 2 Highest earner in Nigeria with 6 2019 … BUILDING LEADERS
In 2019, the blueprint was BUILDING LEADERS. We started the year with 45,000 members and
closed the year with over 165,000 members, we produced 10 positions on the top 20 and
produced the top 1 in Nigeria and also took the Top 3 Matchers in Nigeria. We finally maxed out
the offices in Shalom Plaza, over 50 offices and counting.
We have also occupied about 16 offices in BAHAMAS PLAZA as our Headquarters and the leaders
now drive exotic cars.
We took 139 people to the Philippines, and we have over 500 offices nationwide with countless
full timers, and we raised many Leaders. We took a 109 team to Ethiopia and Dubai, we filled
out the highest event center for two days in Abuja to celebrate our 3rd anniversary. We fed 5,000
families at Feed the Family Project Season 2.
As you can see, every year lived to its blueprint. The reason, I took us back to history is for you to
understand that C21FG did not just come over night, we have paid our dues, we have come full
circle, you can actually trust the wisdom and leadership of the Masterminds and G-leaders to
guide you through to the next decade and right now we are at the precipice of a revolution; the
