Eyeshadows aren't used to fill the brows. Its a special kind of shadow called brow shadow - please be careful not to confuse the two.
However a goo alternative used all the time by makeup artists is the Brow pencil. The basic colour for our skin tone is Brown, so choose brown pencil in shades that sre best for your skin tone depending on how light or dark you are

Get a brow pencil in Brown black shade. No matter how dark your brow hairs are, it would sit in perfectly depending on your strokes and how you apply.

Eyebrows add balance and coordination to your entire facial feature. To make your eyes pop even without a touch of makeup, your eyebrows have to be neatly tweezed and groomed, following the exact shape and arch of your natural brows. Most women however after tweezing and grooming still do not have a full definition of the brows. In this case, filling with a brow pencil is necessary.

Be sure to meet a professional to help you groom your brows. Its worth it all the time. However, filling the brows correctly takes time and practice.

Having the perfect lip gloss isn't all there is, the method you choose in applying is another factor, the combination of product or color is also something else to consider. Applying Lipsticks and gloss directly from the tube isn't the best way, That's one of the reasons why the gloss would bleed/run over, why you wouldn't have true staying power and ultimately why you think the gloss or product isn't good.

The opposite of prominent eyes, deep-set eyes recede back into the sockets. Ideas to bring them out with makeup:

• Lighten the inner corner and entire lid with shadow.
             
• Use a medium shadow above the crease and gently apply it across the bottom of the brow bone.
       
• Use a darker contour shade only at the outer crease and dip slightly outward.
             
• Keep liner, especially on the upper lid, thin.

Over the next couple of posts on this page, I would be showing you quick steps to achieving dramatic eye statements with makeup. They are very easy techniques of wearing eye makeup and you can do them perfectly with a little practice.

• For that perfect look, your eyebrows need to be neatly tweezed and filled with brow pencil.
• Next, apply foundation or eye primer all over the eye to create a base for eye shadows.
• Using an eye shadow brush, sweep a highlighter shade of color all over the eye, from under the brows and downwards over the crease. This light shade would help open up the eyes and define your brows.
• Next, sweep a darker shade of shadow working from the rear of the crease towards the center. Sweeping the shadow a bit higher up towards the brow bone.
• Apply eye liners and mascara as usual.

Last photo is soooooooo photoshopped.

Photoshop is used in fashion photos and practically in every print to make makeup work look better. If you are one to believe in everything you see, then you have decieved yourself. This photo is to project combination of colours, total makeup for a photoshoot and the use of makeup stones. I do agree with you that there's been too many layers added but then, photoshop isn't anything new.
