Now here's an amazing way to get your spots off your face in 10 mins. This simple home procedure doesnt work the magic of giving yu instant spot free skin, you have to have a normal skin care routine(view blog), you have to have good products foryour skin, and you have to be nic to your skin else it aint gonna be nice to you.
So this is something you can do right in your bedroom.

Eggs!

Yeah i know you've heard of eggs and how either the egg white or yolk can help your skin. but what about the shell? Did you know that the inner skin of the shell is twice as effective and works instantly?
The natural biological job of the shell's inner skin is to draw impurities from the egg as the chick develops. Now if you carefully peel this skin off the shell, large enough to cover a spot on your face, place it directly on the spots, one after the other. It draws dirt and oil from the spot area and surprisingly pulls the spot onto itself, after 15mins when you peel off the skin, you'd notice the surrounding skin of that spot coming right off right before your eyes!!
Now because what your doing is a simple demabrasion, be careful not to do this too many times. Also use a simple moisturiser afterwards to soothe the skin, like Boots rosewater, Boots night treatment cream with tea tree and witch hazel (works effectively on spots and blemish)

How to Deal With Blemishes: Tips for African American Women

Black women the world over know about dark spots, skin discoloration and uneven skin tones – these are skin issues most are familiar with. Like most women, African American women hate these dark spots, which are also called hyperpigmentation. While dark spots can appear anywhere on the body, dark spots on face are generally the greatest cause of embarrassment. Unfortunately this is something many black women face, but understanding the causes and learning how to eliminate them can help.

Causes of Dark Spots among Black Women

There are many factors that contribute to the appearance of dark spots on the faces of women of African descent. When skin is irritated it produces excess melanin at the area of irritation. It is this excess melanin that shows itself as dark spots and discoloration. Some of the main causes of dark spots on the face, especially for African American women are:


Acne: this skin condition affects women of all ages and frequently leaves dark spots behind.
Allergic reaction to cosmetics, food etc
Hormonal issues
Insect bites
Cuts and bruises

Sadly in many cases it takes months and sometimes years for these spots to disappear or fade until they are no longer easily seen. For some African American women, the dark spots never go away – at least not by themselves.
How to Minimize Appearance of Dark Spots

There are many ways that African American women can try to deal with dark spots on their faces. The best way is to use products made specifically for that purpose. Some companies that make products for black skin that can work for spots include:

Do not pick at scars left by acne or blemishes as this will only make dark spots worse.

Quick fixes include using makeup to conceal the spots, but this should not become the solution of choice. In fact, using too much makeup or worse yet, not removing it properly can aggravate the condition.

If the dark spots are really bad, a visit to the dermatologist is in order. The dermatologist will prescribe a course of treatment which may include a topical cream to apply directly to the spots.
With a little work most African American women will find that preventing or minimizing the appearance of dark spots on face is possible. Knowledge is power, and as such African American women who want to prevent or treat dark spots should get as much information as possible to help them deal with this problem. best for moisturising and glowing skin at the same time, is Rose Water. i would recommend Boots glycerin and rosewater. For a body cream that is suitable for moisturising and smoothning the skin, is Jergens skin smoothning. Its perfect, i can tell you that cause i know!
so heres what you'd do, buy Jergens, and Rose water, pour about half the contents of rosewater into the jergens bottle and mix well. What your doing is basically getting the moisturising, toning, skin smoothning, all in one!
Infact, once in awhile, liberally apply rosewater on the face, its kinda greasy so go a little at a time!

about lightening/bleaching the brows. Recently i tinted my hair to an almost blonde shade(Dark&lovely honey blonde) so for my brows, i used the same solution but let it stay on for only about 1min, that way, my eyebrows didn't turn out all blonde like the hair. You dig?
So i bet you could use the solution for your hair but it shouldn't stay on too long because,
1. It can be abrasive to skin
2. Your brows would be too bleached
3. make sure the cream is only on the brows and not extending to the skin around the eyes. Be careful!
4. Do not wash off to avoid getting solution into eyes. Use a damp cotton wool to wipe off the cream
5.  I bet you know when your brows are done, you have to fill in with a pencil colour close to your new eyebrow shade?

If you can't do this on your own, please don't.

Hi, i have had quite a number of questions abot stretch marks so let me address them here. Babes, the truth is most stretch mark products work by darkening the areas.E.g palmers There are procedures done to remove them by cosmetological specialists and i understand these procedures are done here in Nigeria too by Modupe Ozolua. The price? about 200k. Can you afford that? well i can't. The deal is, if he isnt complaining, then don't kill yourself yet. lol
I do have stretch marks on my bum. When i have to go to the pool, i use bikini shorts instead of undies. don't worry about it dearie.
But hey, there are a few things you could do to help lessen the marks naturally without using chemicals or anthing of the sort.

1. Buy vitamin E in gelcaps and take a needle and poke a hole in a few of them. Squeeze the liquid out and rub it on your stretch marks or scars. The first thing it that you should apply the vitamin E oil shortly after taking a shower. Do not wipe it off, just let it sink into the skin naturally and re-apply after your next shower. To be effective, you should be applying the vitamin E oil daily.
- The second thing is if you find that the area feels a little sticky or it sticks to your clothes, cover the area with gauze (for bigger areas) using medical tape to secure it in place, or a band-aid (for smaller areas).
This remedy works for stretch marks, all sorts of scars (including acne scars and blemishes) and any skin irregularities that you wish would disappear. This information is straight from personal experience, I would never suggest anything to anyone without first trying it for myself. I have tried many, many different types of remedies for scars and believe me, this is definitely the best. Feel free to e-mail me with any questions and if I find any other uses for this remedy I will let you know.

2. You cold also Apply Olive oil (100%) to your stretch marks at least twice a day. Within a week you should start to see the results of your stretch marks starting to fade!!!
