so once again, buhari can't control something he does not have because the petrol they disperse are already bought by filling stations owners so government can only count the number of trucks they have been supplied with fuel, using depot record and expect the lack of fuel situation to be clam based on the large number of trucks that have been supplied with fuel but some greedy people are still not selling their yet, while those selling are doing it at higher price which will make scarcity linger on. so how does it indite PMB that people who have bought fuel and now the new owners refuse to sell?

At the end of the Civil War there were 200,000 men in the Nigerian Army. This was reduced to 100,000 after the war. Nigeria had the largest standing army in Africa in the late 1970s and early '80s. It was during the Babangida era that the army was downsized (90,000, etc) because of the economic crisis at that time.
