He is not responsible for the madness, but he is responsible for the killings as the president of the federal republic of Nigeria. Because north east is part of Nigeria.

Does that make PMB responsible for the agatu killings, the Shiites killings and the current Boko haram killings since he took over?

If yes.. Then take it upnwith him because the killings and hardship are still ongoing.. gEJ is gone, don't wail abt what's past, it can't be changed

Its ridiculous that anything we do is ethnic motivated.. Wtf! Saraki and tinubu are even from the west, the West that should seek for peace want to kill one and support the other for he's their demi-god.

Truth is both Saraki and Tinubu have stains in their cupboard, GEJ didn't have balls to prosecute anyone. pMB is doing just that but u have to be anti party or belong to another party to be prosecuted. In fact, all Nigerian politicians have skeleton in their cupboards, what matters is who's looking, if you're PDP, the EFCc and other govt agencies are digging for ur sins, if you're Amaechi, Tinubu or other APC members, even if private citizen or other parties dig for your sins and present it, nobody will look at it.

Saraki was anti party, the guy who seems to be the bond in d party is Tinubu, hence the blame game. Unfortunately, if Saraki loose the fight, one day someone will bring up Tinubu's case since he was freed in error. That will be the recoil.

Bros do you know what judgment is? which contradiction? I do not make partial judgment and obviously u can't read as you are confused with words.

firstly, you accused me of mentioning abroad even when I didn't mention a word of that and now you still say I'm buhari loyalist despite I didn't vote him as clearly stated.

Secondly, i said if he fails I will be among those to still blast him, so how does it make me a loyalist? Is buhari my uncle or him dey give me money? I am simply saying I cannot conclude his tenure is a failure already because it's just got started. simple!

Apparently, you are the only loyalist here and a biased one at that because you kept supporting and blindfully defending a GOVT that failed woefully and nothing to show for 6yrs. Environmental sanitation that we observe today was created by this same buhari and that is a legacy because for years we have kept it, being that it is good.

I do not judge partially like u are doing because u must give people ENUF time before judging them. Buhari is there for 4 yrs and you are already ranting when he's not even used half of it. I'm judging the last government over 6yrs of their time in office. Fashola is being judged today over 8 yrs and I give him standing ovation for that. the best leader I have seen recently in Nigeria. it was not perfect but better off.

I'm sure when he just started demolishing building, impatient people like you were blasting him in his demolition first year in office. I'm very logical than you but you just type without proper reasoning.

Like I said before, I'm sure people like didn't give Fashola any chance when he first came in and una call am Tinubu puppet but if you look back today, his reign was a big success story in the history of Lagos.

buhari has some very smart people in his carbinet so give them time.

Obviously, you have problem with time and I can see that because I have said it over time, you I'm judging based of the length of time a tenure requires. I CAN JUDGE PAST GOVT AFTER THEIR TIME IN OFFICE EXPIRES AND THAT WAY YOU CAN ACCESS CORRECTLY IF THEY PASSED OR FAILED. Hence, I can't judge a GOVT that is not done or not even half way their tenure because many things can still change with regards the calibre of ministers in his carbinet. At least, 90% of them have brains if not more.

Its quite unfortunate, that you're reducing this sane discourse into primitive and personal attacks. 1year is not sufficient to accomplish what they plan to but its sure sufficient to know the direction they're heading.

I apologize for arguing with you, I thought u were capable of a mental discourse without recourse to insults and personal attacks. FYI time is an ingredient nobody has control over and nobody made me or you a judge or jury. This was supposed to be an avenue of learning, discussing what we have no control over, not flabbing and singing the captive's song like you're doing.

FYI the past government is gone, nothing done now will erase their misdeeds. The new government have to forge ahead and right the wrong, at least that's how you should see it not swim in the wallowing-ness of accusations.

Your mentality is so bruised that all your mindset is geared at defending APC and attacking those against (Who brought Fashola and Tinubu into this?), with the sole assumption that whoever don't support your ppl is against them. I'm surprised you haven't called me iPod, you're not difficult to read, you are being ethnocentric.

Fashola, Tinubu, GEJ and all the crops of politicians we have in Nigeria are birds of a feather, they are all thieves and rogues. You know the blind can't see right? People like you are the reason they steal, they buy your mentality without money, youl rise to their defence without a cause.. Fashola on Lagos, achieved much (looking at what he met) but if you call Lagos a success story, then you're sinking in folly. Go to Cairo, Johannesburg, cape town etc and see for yourself. By the way Same Fashola who accused the previous government of inability to fix light in 6 months is unable to fix it in one year.. The highly respected Fashola celebrated Buhari standing on the third row in a photoshoot. I know you'll never read or hear of that-people hear only what they want to hear.

All Nigerian politicians are rogues, the Nigerian youths have misplaced priorities, instead of asking for better governance, they're defending the "our thieves are better than your thieves" cliché.

I don't expect you to understand any of the things I've written and won't reply you after this, just try to emanticipate yourself from ethnic slavery.

Bros First and foremost i didn't and never mentioned abroad, so i do not understand what you are reading or seeing.

Besides, it is very ******* to tell someone you don't even know ...........[s]HAVE YOU TRAVELED ABROAD BEFORE? FORGET WHAT YOU SEE ON TV.[/s]

Do you know me or my activities? Oh so you think because most people talk on Nairaland, then they lack internationally exposure. How can you ever judge someone by their text or because they use certain platform?

I try not to judge people or talk about their personal life and that is why i haven't JUDGED Buhari's govt yet because they just started.

Mind you, i am not sentimental and i say things the way they are. Once again, WHY DO YOU THINK I AM A LOYALIST to Buhuari? Do you even know that i didn't VOTE HIM? I can't deny him if i did, after all i'm still openly backing his govt, only based on what i have seen so far. It does not take alot to win someone's heart or loyalty.

I said it in one of my posts that i have seen enuf reason to have faith in him.............. I said HAVE FAITH in case you try to read meaning into it.

I can criticize and judge the last govt because their era has come and gone and we can now say let's look at what they did and score it good or bad. I repeat i can correctly judge that govt but why will i judge a govt that just started and i have seen some promise already. Abi dem they judge football match for first half? Even fifa had to cancel golden goal for football because it doesn't give enuf room for expression.

It is people like you that is spoiling this country because when you see black you call it another name. With all the last govt has done and the revelations that have been made so far, do you still defend such wicked people?

According to you "GEJ and PMB are not the problem of Nigeria". For me, i will always accuse OBJ for being one of the founding fathers that ruin Nigeria and i can now add GEJ to the long list because he had the chance (6 years) to make things better and failed. So how is he not a problem of this country? Did he even try to fight corruption or he promoted it? However, the biggest problem still boils down to the masses who are so blind and sentimental.

Make Buhari fail, i will be among those that will blast him. If he fails, he will be voted out like uncle Goodluck. Chikina cool

I don speak my mind and i go still speak more!

You don't judge Buhari's government because it just started, you have faith in him because you've seen what he's doing.. You're even contradicting urself, try to listen to yourself, try to be logical and organize your thoughts into words before you spill them.

I don't want to sound like an apologist for GEJ for he failed but saying he didn't fight corruption in his own bit because you are loyal to another is Rather unfair. The FOI bill he signed exposed so many stuffs, including the amount he spends... That's fighting corruption via institutional reforms, you know the number of ghost workers detected during his era? To say d least...

You are one very unjust judge, yet you'll shout you ain't judging.. I'm done arguing with u, believe whatever u believe, do all screaming, judgement on social media, prosecute them there too.

The current government is failing woefully at the moment for rather than sit, determine failed and failing sector and come up with a plan to man them, they stick to blaming events past or present that can not be changed.. Minions like you who should pick that out are being used to keep criticizing a past yet failed government.. Note that your criticism, insult, judgement of previous government will amount to nothing for they are gone.. Criticize the current so they'll do the right thing, but you sure don't have balls to that.. So keep praising them until your shelter is taken and u sleep under d skies

The PMS issue is out of their hands because it is still you and i that owns filling station that will make sure these fuel go round and are sold at the right price.

As for Uncle Goodluck, he has control over the arms money because it directly with people he can control. It is just a fone call, abi dansuki nor dey with am for Abuja there? He could have called them to order by kicking some people out or demand for the money if it is not bought. This is a different senerio to fuel situation you have sighted.

How many filling station across board (nationwide) you want this government to visit? Besides, as an individual, i can decide to hold fuel as long as i like or sell at any price, after all i have paid for it from the depot but of cos they hide while doing it so that petrol regulatory board does not know about it which might lead to closing down their station. Isn't that sabotage?

Abi you nor dey this Lagos for Egbeda whereby some filling station where stormed for selling at higher price and they ordered people to take fuel for free? That was more of a purnishment even though some might argue that it is not a good way to go about it.

We have been told to report any filling station selling more than required because they are buying it cheaper from the depot and selling at crazy about. How can govenment be blamed for a marketer's greed?

so once again, buhari can't control something he does not have because the petrol they disperse are already bought by filling stations owners so government can only count the number of trucks they have been supplied with fuel, using depot record and expect the lack of fuel situation to be clam based on the large number of trucks that have been supplied with fuel but some greedy people are still not selling their yet, while those selling are doing it at higher price which will make scarcity linger on. so how does it indite PMB that people who have bought fuel and now the new owners refuse to sell?

Your logic is flawed.. You keep saying abroad, how many countries have you gone to forget the stuffs you watch on TV.

I understand you're a loyalist to Buhari and won't see anything wrong-even when he's wrong.

Gej, PMB are not the problem of this country, the problem is really people like you that can't see the truth and say it but will hide under the umbrella of loyalty..

If you can give excuse for the government on PMS, do u expect the previous government to pack and gun and go fight? Or go buy weapons?

Quit the mental slavery and be a man!

Yea but doesn't mean you are right. if he were a dullard as you suggested he would have signed that mumu paper.

how can u write a national budget and it embarrassingly disappears and later resurfaced again, with additions and subtraction; yet you want him to sign it? what are the grey areas and why tell us in due course? why not now?

Senate brought summary of his own budget for him to sign but PMB is requesting for the break down to confirm what he wrote but senate is refusing, saying that it is after two week of signing that the breakdown is released. isn't that fraudulent? they claim that is how they have been doing it and clearly shows how they have been eating our money.

if buhari is dull he wud sign it by now becos signing what you do not know it's content is like signing ur death warrant. so you mean uncle Goodluck has been signing fake budget all along?

haba......the only dullard here is uncle Goodluck who proved a graduate for mouth and anyone else who think Buhari is not a wise man. No wonder they diverted arms fund and he claimed not to be aware after signing budgets with a blindfold on.

you dey except change over night after country don spoil go far and also you have sabotage working against you. Fashola has proven in Lagos that he is competent for his job but evil people dey frustrate their effort.

FG has occasionally released 1,200 trucks of PMS per day but where e dey enter? sabotage!

Things May not be perfect yet because no change can occur without crisis, being that you have to fight and bite off hands of saboteurs; however, I have seen enuf reason to trust PMB that he meant well.

If the previous govt diverted arms meant to fight bokoharam and u claim the thousands of litres of PMS released by the current government is being diverted, is it safe to say the government is diverting PMS? Why wil you say is sabotage for the current govt and diversion for the previous govt? Are you being fair and just? Or is your mindset already bruised towards writing one off and accepting the other?

I agree with you about the awful corruption and the fact that resources were better utilised then. However, we had more men under arms then. At the end of the Civil War there were 200,000 men in the Nigerian Army. This was reduced to 100,000 after the war. Nigeria had the largest standing army in Africa in the late 1970s and early '80s. It was during the Babangida era that the army was downsized (90,000, etc) because of the economic crisis at that time.

O well, you weren't old enough. Remember that this was during the oil boom when Nigeria had more than enough money and the naira was stronger than the pound and the dollar. I'm referring to funding. Remember that equipment are bought with funds and (of course) the welfare of the officers and men was better then.

I understand what I'm saying. I understand your point so well but u really don't get mine. The amount pushed into the army the past few years almost exceed those all thru history.. Most were looted and relooted.. Our generals are super wealthy while the guys down the foodchain roast.

I agree that political differences shouldn't be brought into this. We must unite to defeat the enemy. I was merely giving credit to whom it's due. These platforms and devices were conceived during the Obasanjo era and the momentum was sustained by the Yar'Adua, Jonathan and Buhari governments. They all deserve credit (especially Admiral Adekeye).

By the way, the greatest funding and upgrade that the NIgerian Armed Forces (and police) ever had occurred during the Obasanjo/Shagari era in the late 1970s and early 1980s (Sepecat Jaguars, Alpha Jets, Nigeria's current flagship NNS Aradu, Saxon Armoured Personnel Carriers, the Landing Ship Tanks, etc were all bought at this time).

I went thru NMS and sorry I wasn't old enough to see the funding during that era, but I repeat it was during GEJ for purchasing power is something u should consider.. I said funding, not equipments!

and while your hypocritical self feign ignorance of PMB's achievement in less than a year, I bring to global notice the following so that u can be assessed:
1. Security is the most important factor in any development plant. in less than a year PMB has won the war on Security especially the Bokharam which d GEJ administration pampered for 6 years.
2. Corruption is now being properly tackled ,n now stealing is now corruption u like GEJ who openly supported it. Presidend Buhari knows that corruption is inimical to any growth n resource distribution among citizens hence we Nigerians who voted for him are not disappointed by his anti corruption approach so far. Several members of the last administration and previous governments are returning looted public funds;while some are facing prosecution.
3. investors now have confidence in the nation and are already coming in to invest.
4.Several youths eg corp members are getting agric loans up to N2m each for agribusiness. go ask Bank of Industry
5. in few weeks time about 10million primary school pupils would be served a free meal daily with chains of jobs attached to it.
