The bearded guy in blue talking to the doctor was just on twitter categorically stating what he did and what actually transpired.

He made several trips from the toll gate to the hospitals taking injured people to the hospital and he said he did not encounter 1 single dead body and non of the people he took from the toll gate to different hospitals died.

He said the one that died did not come from the toll gate, he was part of the hoodlums that engaged security forces far far away from the toll gate.
