Nevertheless, NIS can issue what is known as a RE-ENTRY VISA to foreigners who live and work in Nigeria and this is to enable them return to their places of work on time without the stress of obtaining a visa abroad and this is usually done through the foreigners' company or places of work in Nigeria and it's issued in Nigeria and not abroad.Sadly though,Nigerians are not well vested in the responsibilitlies of the various agencies of Government.
