When you fail to read the true message in what he said in 1980 due to the decadence of the Shagari govenemt like we had under PDP wastage and corruption was the order of the day. It took a disciplined man like Buhari to crack down on the situation and manage those dark difficult days between 83-85,

we are in the same boat again over the past 16 years PDP have failed to diversify the economy and Buhari has started making some ground breaking progress to diversify our economy. He has set out what is a great plan the idea of the budget is great, ad Nigerians we have a duty to make sure the budget is correctly drawn and implemented.
