Open the back cover of the phone and check if the battery connector is attached. You can detach it and reattach if its attached, then charge the phone. You can check YouTube on how to do this.

I have tried this boss,it is still not turning on or charging. Make this phone pity me na,there is no money on ground

Good evening bosses. Please my redmi 7 is stuck on the "redmi logo" when i power it on and it stays like that until the battery drains to 0%. It started last night.
Please bosses,what can i do to solve this? N/b: my bootloader is still locked.

The phone does not power on,does not charge or show any sign of life again. But when plugged to a system,it recognizes the phone in the device manager. I couldn't try the suggestions by genius43 and atheistandproud as the phone won't charge. This early 2022,make this phone no do like this na...

You will behave to do a factory reset from recovery.

Hold power Button and up volume button, try to reboot from recovery, if it doesn't work, then a factory reset is what you need to do

Power+vol_up is not responding,only pwr+vol_down brings FASTBOOT.
