Bros Ayo Fayose refused to ratify the loan through the state house of assembly and has also refused to disclose if previous budget support facility loans were truly spent on paying salaries. This thug of a governor feels its his entitlement and his right. I remember when he addressed a press conference and said the FG had no right to question what his Ekiti spent its money.
