Education15 Mind Blowing Facts About Facebook And Mark Zuckerberg. by Erotik(op): 11:16am On May 20, 2017
1. You can not like more than 5000 Facebook pages. If you have liked up to 5000 pages and needs to like more, then you will have to dislike some pages to create room for you to like other pages.

2. You can not make more than 5000 friends.

3. You can not post same link in comment box again and again otherwise your link will be blocked by facebook and you will be unable to post that link on facebook anywhere.

4. There is no button of #Share in any closed group on Facebook. If you are thinking after posting in my group I will share from there everywhere wherever You want then you are totally wrong.

5. Unlike Enail servers, Google etc that give users limited memory space to store data, Facebook gives it users what appears to be unlimited storage capacity.

Facebook has numerous data centre and each data center houses tens of thousands of computer servers, which are networked together and linked to the outside world through fiber optic cables.

Every time you share information on Facebook, the servers in these data centers receive the information and distribute it to your network of friends
. Facbook has over 500PB (1000TeraByte=1PB) memory space for its users.

6. Facebook doesn't really make money from the data you use in browsing it. You post, conment, like, upload videos/photo for free but the rule is that if you don't pay for a product, you are the product.

Then, how does Facebook make enough money to cover its expenses?
It generates some revenue by selling web advertising space, but the majority of its funding comes from private investors

7. Facebook was founded February 4, 2004; 13 years ago.

8. China, Iran, and North Korea are the only countries where Facebook are not used.
However, since the vast majority of North Korean residents do not have access to the internet, whereas in reality China and Iran are the only countries where access to Facebook is actively restricted in a wholesale manner.

9. Facebook has a total of 18,770 employees as of March 31, 2017.

10. The phrase face book or the word facebook is a printed or web directory found at some American universities consisting of individuals’ photographs and names.
In particular, it denotes publications of this type distributed by university administrations at the start of the academic year, with the intention of helping students get to know each other. Zuckerberg hacked into protected areas of Harvard's computer network and copied private dormitory ID images.

In attempt to create the unofficial online face book at the website thefacebook.com, out of frustration that the university's official online face book project was taking too long. He was charge with expulsion for breaching of Havard law but the changes were dropped letter.

11. Membership was initially restricted to students of Harvard College. And within the first month the launching, more than half the undergraduates at Harvard were registered on the service.

12. Six days after the site launched, some of Zuckerberg's seniors in Harvard College Cameron Winklevoss, Tyler Winklevoss, and Divya Narendra accused Zuckerberg of intentionally misleading them into believing that he would help them build a social network called HarvardConnection.com . They claimed that he was instead using their ideas to build a competing product.

13. Dropped out in school from school in second year not because of financial constrain but to concentrate on on Facebook project.

14. He was born into a comfortable, well-educated family, and raised in the nearby village of Dobbs Ferry. His father ran a dental service while his mum is psychiatrist.

15. Zuckerberg started writing codes at 12. His first program was Zucknet.

His father used the program in his dental office, so that the receptionist could inform him of a new patient without yelling across the room. The family also used Zucknet to communicate within the house. Together with his friends, he also created computer games just for fun. "I had a bunch of friends who were artists," he said. "They'd come over, draw stuff, and I'd build a game out of it."

Jobs/VacanciesRe: AIICO Test And Interview Invitation by Erotik(m): 8:52am On May 10, 2017
I was there last week.

Their interview has three phases.
Pase1. Aptitude test and oral interview

After phase one, you will be invited again for phase 2.

Phase 2: About 6hrs Training, from 8am to 2-4pm. (though item seven inclusive)

Phase3: You will then be shown practically how they operate. You will be given few works to do as though you are a full staff.

Though after attending phase 2, I could not go for the last phase because another interview showed up.

NB: During the Phase 2, you will really learn alot as three to four staffs will address you. They will explain at the end that they have two payment structures. 1 Salary with specific target 2. Commission with specific target. and you cant switch in the long run once you sign up for any.

All our endeavour for them to give us the actual amount of salary or rate of commission failed in phase2.

They said we will be told in phase3. That alone discouraged me, because they spent about 45mins talking about salary structures without any real figure, despite our questions.

My only advice is that it is worth attending for knowledge purpose. I cant say anything partaining their payment.

European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)If You Think You Know Football, Answer This Question. by Erotik(op): 7:39am On Nov 15, 2016
After a football match, the team that won goes with the whole 3 points but when they end up playing draw, they share the supposed 3 points.

So, if each team gets 1 piont after playing draw, and 1 point + 1 point = 2 points, then where does the extra 1 point go to?

CelebritiesThe Amazing Gap Between The Tallest Man And The Shortest Man On Earth. by Erotik(op): 11:19am On Nov 08, 2016
The world's tallest man, Bao Xishun with He
Pingping who is shortest.

Bao Xishun (also known as Xi Shun; born 1951) is a herdsman from Inner Mongolia, China, recognized by Guinness World Records as one of the world's tallest living men. And He Pingping (Chinese: 何平平; pinyin: Hé Píngpíng; 13 July 1988 – 13 March 2010[2]) was a Chinese citizen and, according to the Guinness World Records, one time world's shortest mobile man

Bao Xishun is 2.36m (7.7ft), while He Pingping is 0.73m (2.4ft).

Thus, let's calculate their difference in height...
7.7 - 2.4 = 5.3ft. And 7.7/2.4 = 3.2

From our calculation above, Bao Xishum is 5.3feet taller than He Pingping; that is, Bao Xishum is about 3times as tall as He Pingping.

The average human height for man and woman are 1.7m (5.6ft) and 1.6m (5.2ft) respectively.

Theoritically, the height of He Pingping can be cut of from that of Bao Xishum and he will still maintain the height of an average man

Just to enlighten you...
Hoping to hit Front Page.

LiteratureFacebook And Football Betting Are Remedies For Recession. by Erotik(op): 4:04pm On Oct 26, 2016
The only two things that have really helped to surpress this economic recession are Facebook & Football Betting.
If not for Facebook & Betting companies, plenty, I repeat, plenty people would be dead by now.
Many people will be wondering why I said so?
You will soon find out.

1. Facebook is a place where anybody can come and express their pains about anything, even about the Government is not an exception, they can do it without any real violence. You can insult anybody and go scot free. Imagine if one has to rally to National Assembly alone to express his displeasure?
If police didn\\\'t shoot him/her soldier will definitely punish such individual. Thus, when someone has aired their view and anger online, their will then be a lower tendency of the person taking agitating actions offline. That is why we have more ranting on social media than in the offline society.

2. If not for betting, crime rate would have grown higher as jobless youths who can not find a job to make a living, may take on stealing or turn the society to jungle where only the fittest survives. However, betting has alleviated the effects of economic recession on the minds of our youths as one can win a million with just a hundred Naira. Betting helps to always make betters believe that one day, they might win big and their stories will change. Hence, reducing the possibilities of them doing illegal stuffs to make a success.

3. Facebook, is a place where all jobless and working people go whenever they are bored to pass time. If one is to visit one or more friends in his area when his bored especially in this situation. In all likelihood, he will have to consume more foods unlike when he does that on Facebook. And the intake of more foods will depreciate the limited available resources.

4. We can not deny the fact that many relationships and marriage have been disolved, due to economic crisis. And their are more that would have followed if not for money won on bets.

5. People who are now single as a result of the prevailing situation, go to facebook to ease their emotions. If not for Facebook, they may have felt the broken heart more, which its adverse effect would be high blood pressure that may likely lead to cardiac arrest untimely.
The downside of Facebook and Betting is that they are both addictive but their good engulfs their harmful effects. *FACEBOOK AND FOOTBALL BETTING ARE REMEDIES FOR ECONOMIC RECESSION
