Guys,
At this point, I must cry out.
After sharing my own experience, just like most of us do - which is really the purpose of threads like this - I have been inundated with emails asking for help with securing visa appointment dates.

POLITE WARNING: Please, I am NOT an agent!

I don't really appreciate those who message me and after I answer their questions, it automatically starts feeling like I am "selling" something and I have to market it to them. I am not. I nor be agent.
I have zero interest in anybody's plans for Poland. My major concern has always been my own application. Do you own make I do my own...

If you have read how I managed to get my own visa appointment, then you could learn from it and choose to find your own way, please. On multiple occasions, I remember, I have encouraged us all to try our utmost to take advantage of the phone calls to secure visa appointment. That way is free of charge. Not everyone can afford paying for the service like I, we, did. And even if you could afford it, I prefer you save your money and try to do this yourself. It's not rocket science!

Please, going forward, I don't want anyone contacting me and putting me under the microscope I have no interest in your suspicions or in making a business out of this. I nor even know why Poland nor go give demself brain and open appointment portal make e for easy for everybody

While I am grateful to all those who communicated with me in an atmosphere of mutual respect, and dared to trust me (with their schools fees to help pay and with their payments to the person who I also paid to get me an appointment date) even without knowing or seeing me, I must reiterate that my only incentive has always been to simply help. I challenge anyone to say if I have ever charged a single penny or dime for the help I offered. Others, please don't abuse or take for granted a person's disposition to helping.

I won't say I don't want to help anymore, but I wish I could do just that. I won't tolerate the condescension of explaining myself anymore.

Well, getting a notary is not difficult. Translating 3 months pay slip and notarizing the sponsorship letter will cost you about 300 euro.
Express DHL is 80 Euro. You’ll get it btw 2 to 3 days tops.
Just So you know wat to expect. Watever u decide.

Yo man if your German sponsor is sure, I say stick with it. And in the event that the need to translate and notarize in Germany is accurate, meaning you may need a bit more time, please inform us oo before the date is booked, so the needful is done k.

Have been thinking about sth o guys.My sponsors documents like payslip and employment letter is in German.do I need to translate it?cause it is expensive o.

Go with your school accommodation letter is enough for you ... many got visa with that as long ur school have accommodation coz they are aware that embassy do request for it so they do issue accommodation letter to their students as long dey have dormitory. A friend got visa last week and he only presented d school accommodation letter without any down payment

So most schs are aware that embassy do request for it as part of ur visa process so the schools that have accommodation will surely issue a letter of accommodation along with ur admission letter in other to help u wit ur visa process.. in case if ur school don't have accommodation then u need to get a private accommodation and sign a year contract or (8 months but make sure its wrriten on d letter that is extendable) definitely a private accommodation will demand for 3 months or more down payments. That is d best of my knowledge

Based off of prior applicants' experiences and personal understanding, at the very least the reservation provided by your school must specify the costs payable for the accommodation AND a duration that covers a minimum of one year.
A better strategy therefore would be to have that in hand PLUS proof of payment for at least 1 - 3 months of the reserved accommodation.

I found out the guy plans on doing exactly the same thing like the rest of us; if he gets lucky and his call connects, gbam, he claims 100k.
I'd have been more inclined to pay him some mind if he had some legit and direct connect. But since he'll be doing exactly the same thing like I will, I see no point in paying him.
Fingers crossed for you though. I hope your call hits the mark and you get that refund, really.

While at the embassy today (cos I accompanied someone else who had visa application appointment) I ran into one of the guys there who plans to charge 100k to secure appointment date for me. 100k!

Na wa oo dis guy don open office on top desperate folks who can't get through that phone line.

True talk..I paid that 100k..and am waiting for him to book the appointment for me tomorrow.but he said if I get lucky to book it myself he's gonna return my money
