Good news is we have more drivers now on Uber so the old practice of drivers dictating terms is gone. I have a long waiting list of drivers. If you are not ready to work within my terms, sorry Sir. 'I wish you well ft Timi Dakolo' na your ring tune. If a driver drags his feet, I invoke some clauses in the contract and he either leaves on his own or changes immediately. You cannot succeed in the business by being lenient on drivers.

Thank you all for your contribution. I know how to write a cover letter and I have several. Let me paint a clearer picture. I applied for a job and i was sent an interview invite, one of the things you are required to bring on the day of the interview is a cover letter stating " why you are the best fit for the [b]company" not for the position.

Please i need guidelines or samples on how to write a "cover letter stating why you would be the best fit for our company".
At first i thought its the same thing as "why i would be thd best fit for the position". But I'm second guessing myself. I need a professional to help me clearify.

Do your have ur CIPM certification? Thats the first most important certification in nigeria, every other one is an addition.

why not go round Lagos and drop applications, plan to apply in50 hr firms.

Thank you for your advice. The problem with it though is that in most firms or companies, you can't get pass security without an appointment or without clearly stating who you want to see.

Enviroment and standard. There was no crowd, jus a few people. It was difficult finding the house (office) on the street, ebenreloaded if you are going on Friday jus take note of a white building with a plant or Gen in front. So u don't end up moving all over the place. I didn't wait to be interviewed n I didn't write my name on the list because Its not a place i will like to work so there was no need going through with it. You can go on friday, am not saying its bad. But its not good for me.

I think its should be an oral interview.

I didn't stay for the interview. The place wasn't what I expected. I applied for medical rep.
