If you understand football very well, you will know that Amorim dance with 3 4 3 formation leaves his team very vulnerable to teams that press very well and that have good forward players.
A good coach is someone who can bring out the best out of the team. Mix and match what you have to get good results or at least put up a good fight.
Amorim doesn't seem to be trying to adjust which makes me think he has other plans.

For inspiration, see what Nottingham forest coach has done with his team, the excellent performance so far. Also compare that with the tragedy that Rud van nisteroy has done to Leicester city.

Well, I did a quick research and the only country on the screenshot that has largely removed fuel subsidy is Lebanon and their petrol is about 1,229 naira per litre when converted. So you are correct on the subsidy thing.
However, the standard of living in Nigeria is still a far cry from what obtains in oil producing countries worldwide. The people need to benefit in some way from the wealth being generated from crude oil.
