Nope but he ate stew and it started again

So a few days back my bro was diagnosed with ulcer and we quickly realized he cannot eat stew for the time being because the acid seriously affects him, even white rice I want o ask what replacement would you suggest for stew because anything tomatoes affects him seriously, we even tried making vegetable stew with very little little amount of peppers and oil he vomited it out. I don't know if it is because it was with white rice because I am just learning that brown rice is advised for ulcer patients

I have been documenting my progress as a web developer on this forum.

Almost a year ago, I shared my very first web development project, a blog I built. I posted the link here in the programming section, but some Nairalanders criticized the website for being ugly, suggesting I should quit.

Now, nearly a year later, I’ve landed my first dollar paying gig. A client wanted me to build a web application for them. Honestly, I could have charged more given the scale of the project, but I thought that by offering a lower rate, I could get my foot in the door. I do regret it, though, because the work I did was complex enough to warrant at least $2,000.

Anyway, there’s always a second chance and I won't undersell my services again.

Who knows where I’ll be a year from now?

I won’t be posting my future contracts here for obvious reasons, but I wanted to celebrate this one as it’s my first.

I just don't believe that people should pay to learn if the have the time to learn by tthemselves if been building websites for clients and I learnt everything myself
