Sensible!! This Country nawao... Mimijenipha: Dear NIS & NSCDC applicants, i think it is high time we mount pressure on those in charge of our recruitment, for the long awaited shortlist to come to lime light.
It is on record that the secretary to the board of interior - Alhassan Yakmut, through his press release in December 2020, shortly after CBAT conducted for shortlisted NIS & NSCDC held on 7th and 8th December 2020 respectively. He promised that we would be shortlisted before 15th December 2020, but unfortunately, the statement failed.
Exactly on the 13th of February 2021, the Comptroller General Of Immigration - Muhammed Babandede also gave an update on NIS recruitment, he said "We shortlisted 6,000 candidates for final screening and only those that are fit and qualified will be recruited as officers of the service in the next two weeks", the purported two weeks is going to a month now.
However, "Daily Trust" has been the notable media house reporting various recruitment updates, particularly for military and paramilitaries. I therefore want us all to bombard politely, The "Daily Trust" media, with our concerns over the delay in the shortlist.
Imagine, if over 100,000 applicants message Daily trust media *demanding for their intervention, by asking those in charge, the reason for the delay, appealing to them on our behalf to fast track the process and immediately send us a positive and published feedback.*
Lets call, send text, email and rebroadcast this message for us to achieve a common goal. I hope with this, we shall get positive result before this weekend.
