Those Niger Delta elders seeing that the cost of things have risen, decided to tell their boys to go back into threatening of the FG so they can collect some cash.
The restructuring which they mentioned is just to make the money they will collect very big and for them to receive quick attention because Buhari can not restructure Nigeria. In fact, the Niger Delta elders know that the restructuring is impossible.
I pity the less privileged Niger Delta youths. Their blessings are just being scooped by some selfish men they call leaders. The poverty will always be inherent since they have failed to wake up.

You and I know that if you are looking for restructuring in Nigeria, you will demand for secession. And if you are looking for secession, you will demand for war. So, those men are looking for cash and that's why they are demanding for restructuring. They do not really want the restructuring because they want to continue to intimidate their less privileged community members.

So carry your sophisticated lamentations and drop it at burdillion...spits!!
